The millennium old vampire followed her scent till he caught up with her.He wasn't sure what made him follow her.Something of the girl intriqued him.
When he finally caught up with her,she was sitting on a mountain,her legs dangling over the edge of the cliff.
''When someone runs away,it's a sign to leave them alone'' She said in a low voice.He stopped a few feet behind her.
''Well,I've been told I'm obnoxious and sometimes ignorent'' He answered and sat down next to her.
''I've been told I have anger issues,so I guess we're even'' She retorted throwing a rock down the side of the cliff.
''So.I was never informed how your type differs from ours.Care to share?'' He asked surprisingly.He,and his other siblings usually demanded what they wanted to know.
''We're basically human sized daimonds.'' I said looking up at the sky and laying back on my hands.
''You're joking'' She shook her head at him
''So there's no blood in your system?'' He asked.
''None.Unlike you.Think of us as giant,living,porcelain dolls but made with daimonds''
''That's unfortunate.How does one kill your kind then?'' He asked just as a beam of sunlight falls on the two vampires.Like always Carla's skin sparkles because of the light,Kol now even more intrigued.
''Don't even try Mikealson.I'm not going to tell one of the oldest vampires,how to kill my family and I'' She says and stands up ''But I will race you back to my house'' She smirks as she speeeds away.He smirks as well and follows her.
When the two reached their destination,they were both laughing,having 'enjoyed' the run and constant playful attacks.They made their way inside,where they found Klaus,Carlisle,Esme and Elijah,reading.
~Carla's POV~
''The fuck?'' I ask as I saw the four vampires read in the livingroom. ''I can understand Carlisle,Esme and Elijah reading.But Klaus?!''
''Language love'' Klaus smirked as I glared at him.I sighed.
''Anyway,where are my brothers?'' I asked,trying to listen for their voices.
''Jasper,Emmett,Edward and Lucifer went out hunting'' Carlisle answered.
''The girls?''
''Rebekah and Alice dragged your sisters off on a shopping spree in Seattle'' Klaus said,looking at me with a smile before looking at his book again.
Feeling like I want to annoy the hybrid,I smirk and let out a big sigh,falling over his lap on my stomach.
''What the bloody hell are you doing?'' He asked with a growl.
~3rd POV~
''Resting'' She mumbled.He was about to push her off,until he saw the scars littering her arms.
''Are those all done by yourself?'' He asked.He felt her tense on his lap.
''Some are,I did them while I was still human and with Jackson,and after Jackson.'' She answered,trying her hardest not to let her tears spill.
''Where is that bastard now'' He demanded.
''Ash'' She said,looking at the hybrid,a single black tear rolling down her cheek. ''But why the hell would you care?'' She asked and stood up,wiping away the tear.
''Fuck this!I'm getting dressed and getting a drink'' She said making her way up the stairs
''It'll be difficult to get yourself drunk'' Elijah reminded her
''I can bloody well try!'' She yelled back.
