CHAPTER 28

A/N:The newborn army is about 5 times larger so there could be enough for everyone.

''Who the fuck are you?'' I ask the group as hey approached us.
''They're the Mikealson.I called them to help us with our newborn problem'' Carlisle answeedfor them.

I helped Jazzy up,puhing him behind me.
''Humans or animals?'' I asked as the one guy in a suit approached me.
''Humans'' He says ''But we did agree not to hunt in the area'' He adds and extends his hand to me. ''I'm Elijah Mikealson'' I hestantly take his hand.
''Carla Cullen.Forgive my rudeness.I'm merely being catious'' I introduce myself.I feel a presence next to me. ''And this is my twin sister,Skyler Swan'' I say and wrap my arm around her.She also shakes his hand.
''It's a pleasure'' He nods to her.
''What the hell Carlisle?I thought you said we'll have newborns to rip apart'' One of Elijah's brothers,I'm assuming,chips in,making everyone turn to him.

''Sam.I think it's best you and the pack leave.I'm not so sure about these guys'' I said to Sam in my thoughts.
''We can take care-''
''I know you can take care of yourselves!Just please.Just this once'' I plead.
''Fine'' Sam relents.I hear him ordering everyone to go.I turn my head to see if they're gone and catch Jake's eyes.We stare at each other for a sec before he ran off.
''And you will,Niklaus.We're merely waiting for their arrival'' Carlisle answered.
"So you're Niklaus.The one who does what he wants,when he wants,and doesn't give a shit about anyone around him.Or,so it seems" I smirk as I push Skyler to Elijah.Niklaus appears in front of me.
"Say that again love" He growls getting in my face.He glares down at me as veins around his eyes make their selves prominent.I smirk.
"Cute trick"

I flick both my wrists,using my shadow power,I make two swords appear and press one to his neck.His eyes widen a little.
"Fascinating" I hear Elijah say.
"You try any of your shenanigans here,I will personally cut you down.I don't care that you're a millennium old.I have found a way to put you down and won't hesitate if the need arises" I growl as I remove my blades from his throat.He just smirks.
"I like you" He said,pointing a finger at me. "I'm going to have lots of fun getting on your nerves" He smirked again.I saw his sister role her eyes at him.

She made her way over to me and also shook my hand.
"I'm Rebekah.Don't mind our brother,he's a bit of an ass"
"Oh don't worry.A few of mine are too.I know how to handle him" I wink at her.She lightly chuckles as the last member of their family come closer.He steps forward a little,but doesn't shake my hand.
"Kol" He simply greets and nods.I nod back and smile.He smirks as he stares into my eyes.There's something about him that intrigues me,but I can't figure out what.
"Strong and silent type?" I ask him in his head.He looks at me with wide eyes as I try to stifle a giggle.What stopped me from continuing my little 'trick' was seeing my twin and 'Nik' lock eyes and stare at each other for a good two minutes.
"Bloody hell sis.Really?" I say,pinching the bridge of my nose.Everyone puts their attention on me.Sky glaring.

''What do you mean 'bloody hell'?!Have you seen that man's face?!'' She said in our twin telepathy connection.It feels weird cause we haven't used it in a while.I growl a little at her comment.
''Doen't mean you should go straight for him!Point one,you're still with Emmett.Point two,you don't know how dangerous he is!He's killed more lives than you can ever dream up!'' I say back,genuinely concerned.
''Bite me!'' I felt a deep growl escape my throught,and my eyes darken from hunger.Out of pure instinct,I wanted to lunge at my twin.She stood tall though,not scared.Probably thinking I won't attack her,or someone will jump in to save her.That someone was both Edward and Niklaus,oddly enough.
''Let's go'' Ed growled at me.I glared up at him. ''Skyler.You should know angering your sister is still dangerous.She still can't fully control herself  since she is still a newborn'' Ed scolds her.
''Awww.Someone's got anger issues'' Nik coaxes.I lunge to the millenium old vampire but Ed stops me,so,I try verbal.
''Look who's fucking talking'' I growl at him as Ed starts to pull me away.I rip my arm out of his grip and speed off into the forest.

~3rd POV~

''We apologise on Carla's behalf.She doesn't have much control over her emotions at this point'' Carlisle told the Mikealson's.
''Of course she doesn't have control!The bloak who she thought was her soulmate bloody left her!'' Lucifer chipped in ''When I get my hands on that filthy mutt I'm gonna rip him apart'' He growled under his breath,yet everyone still heard,including the two humans girls.Especially the two human girls.
''No.We're not sacrificing the treaty because Jacob hurt her'' Carlisle said,his tone filled with authority.
''She's a grown woman.She can make her own decisions'' Esme added,worry etching on her face.
''She wouldn't want us to intervene with her problems anyway'' Alice's voice rang out.

The Mikealsons,along with Skyler,stepped forward to join in on the conversation.One Mikealson stayed away from the group but not too far away.He was looking at the spot where Carla entered the forest with the speed of light.He looked back to the group,then back to that spot.Silently,he sped away,following after her.
