CHAPTER 30

''She did what?!'' Skyler exclaimed once the girls got back,multiple shopping bags in their arms.
''Bloody hell.Stop yelling sis'' Lucifer commented,rubbinng his ears.The boys got back a few hours before the girls,since it's already dark outside.
''She just went out for a drink love.Nothing to worry about'' Rebekah said,placing her bags down in the middle of the room.
''It's not nothing to worry about!Last time she was drunk she landed in the bloody E.R!!'' Skyler exclaimed.This got the attention of the vampires,all of them.
''It's true'' Bella added ''She tried to commit suicide.And,for a few minutes,she got that right'' She said,clinging to Edward.
''We need to find her.The fact that she's still a newborn also makes her a threat to the town.'' Edward said in a rushed tone.

''Jeez!I'm gone for a few hours and you're already gossiping about me!'' They heard the familiar female voice.All of the vampires tensed,immediatly smelling blood.

Carla stepped from the balcony,into the house,blood dripping down her chin and onto her white spaghetti strapped crop top.Her eyes once again blood red like when she woke up.

She walked past them to the kitchen,grabbing a whisky bottle and a cloth,wiping her mouth and throwing the cloth on the counter,walking back to the livingroom while sipping from the bottle in her hand.

''You know'' Carla started as she stopped infront of everyone ''Most of you hold me so high up on a bloody pedestal,you never stop to consider how fucking broken I actually am'' She laughed,but in a non-humurous way.
''That's enough'' Klaus spoke.The hybrid stood and walked to the drunk vampire,looking in her eyes. ''Go to your room and stay there until you've sobered up'' The ordered,compelling her,or so he thought.

''Did the great Niklaus fucking Mikealson,just try and compel me?'' She asked,angered.She took another swig of the bottle in her hand,and handed it to her twin,who was the closest person to her other than Klaus.She then did the unexpected.She grabbed Niklaus by the throught,and lifted him off the ground.

Everyone instantly stood up.

''Carla!Put him down!Now!'' Skyler yelled,putting the bottle down and approaching her vampire twin.
''Or what?'' Carla dared ''You'll declare we aren't twins anymore?You'll break our twin bond and push me away?''
''Yes!'' Skyler yelled,making her twin freeze.Klaus was still in her grip,but she had lowered him while she was turned to her twin. ''You're acting way beyond yourself!This isn't my twin.My twin is someone who's loving,carring...everything you aren't right now!'' Skyler stood with tears in her eyes,which finally broke Carla to pieces.She instantly let go of Klaus,dropping to her knees,black tears spilling from her eyes.
''I'm s-so sorry'' She sobbed as Skyler embraced her,rocking back and forth.Klaus was crouched next to the twins,genuinely concerned for his new friend,even if he won't admit it.His three siblings were watching him,careful of his unpredictable behaviour.

Jasper walked over to twins,placing his hand on Carla's head.She instantly closed her eyes and her body went limp.Everyone looked a bit shocked,knowing Carla can't sleep with the type of vampire she is.
''Carla and Jasper have been working on their gifts.In doing so,Carla figured out a way to make our type of vampires sleep'' Edward explained to everyone.Jasper was about to take Carla to her room when Kol intervened.
''I'll take her''

His siblings seemed a tad shocked at his words,but he ignored them taking Carla's sleeping form into his arms.She let out a small groan from being moved and shifted her head to his shoulder.
