Will and Mike were eating their candy as Will described what had happened to him.

"It's like... like I'm stuck."

"Like, like, stuck int he Upside Down?"

"No. You know when a View-Master, when it gets, like..."

"Caught between two slides?" Mike finished.

"Yeah, like that." Will replied. "Like one side's our world, and the other... the other slide is the Upside Down. And... And there was this noise coming from everywhere. And then I saw something."

"The demogorgon?"

"No. It was like this huge shadow in the sky. Only, it was alive. And it was coming for me."

"Is this all real? Or is like the doctors say, all in your head?"

"I don't know, just... just please don't tell the others, okay? Not even Kylie. They won't understand."

"Eleven would."

"She would?"

"Yeah... She always did. Sometimes I feel like I still see her. Like she's still around, but she never is. I don't know, sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy."

"Me too."

"Hey, well, if we're both going crazy, then we'll go crazy together, right?" Mike smiled.

"Yeah, crazy together." There was a pause. "I'd tell Kylie, because she's the only other one who would understand. But she wouldn't."

"Maybe if she was like Eleven, she could." Mike chuckled. Will also chuckled.

-Kylie's POV-

I snuck in through my window, my eyes puffy, red, and blurry from all the sobs I let out on the way. I knew my my parents and brothers were still trick-or-treating, but I still snuck in.

I couldn't even bother myself to change out of my clothes.

I sat down on the bed, scrunched up into a ball, just staring at the wall.

You know when you just stare at something, at literally anything, and feel like it could somehow help you, but you know it won't? That's what I'm doing.

(a/n: Sorry I couldn't explain it better lolll)

I looked at a book. I stared at it really hard for some reason, and it felt like I was thinking really hard.

Then I felt a bit dizzy.

But then as I stared harder and harder, the cover of the book started crinkling up, as if it was burning.

What?

Then I smelled a small reek of smoke, and then I pieced it- the book was on fire!

The cover was forming a small flame, and a grey cloud was swirling over it.

I panicked, and grabbed my pillow and started whacking it, then I put the flame out, luckily, before it got any worse.

I set the pillow down, and sighed in relief.

Then I felt something dripping on my face, but it wasn't sweat or tears...

I swiped my nose, and when I looked at the finger that swiped it, I saw the thing I literally wanted to see least.

No. No!

Holy damn shit.

No...

It was blood.

My jaw dropped and then I pieced it-

You don't just have a random ass book that was the exact one you laid you eyes on, put on fire by something that God only knows what it was, and then you start bleeding from your nose.

That's no coincidence unless you're like Eleven.

But if you've taken pills like me...

I knew what it was.

I just discovered that I have pyrokinesis.

(a/n: I know that was short but that was supposed to be important; btw Kylie will only have one power, which is pyrokinesis.)

-3rd person view-

The tv crackled on the static channel, and a young girl put a blindfold on.

The girl was Eleven.

She did what she normally did every night.

She used her telepathy to listen to Mike.

Now she was in that place again, and Mike was in a Ghostbusters costume in the fort he had made for her.

"It's day 353." Mike's voice echoed. "I had a bad day today, I don't know. I... I don't know if I regret yelling at Kylie or not, I... I guess I wish you were here. I mean, we all do. If you're out there, just please give me a sign."

She then sat down before him, and his eyes trailed to her, as if in shock.

For once, it actually seemed as if she were there, in front of him, in real life.

His jaw slowly dropped.

"Mike," Eleven had said.

"Eleven?" He said. Did he believe what he was seeing?

She stretched her arm out and stroked his cheek, but Mike decided that she really wasn't there and put his walkie away.

He walked away, leaving Eleven in shock, and soon enough, tears.
