(Yoongi's POV)

I was on my way to check on Luna. I have quietly opened the door, to her room, slowly and heard that they were talking about. I stood still listening intently.

"I must let Yoongi-hyung know that you're awake. For sure he's also worried about you." Guessing the depth of the voice, it was Taehyung who spoke. I smiled but it didn't reach my eyes.

"Yoongi-hyung?" There finally I got to hear the voice of the woman I loved. My mind suddenly came into a halt. I couldn't function properly.

"You don't remember Yoongi?" Jin-hyung asked gently as if trying to gauge something. I tried to stop the tears from clouding my eyes. You can do it.

"Who is he?" Confusion on her voice was clearly evident. Okay, Mighty Min Yoongi. It's time to put on a show. I walked inside the room, maintaining my composure, and I could see that she was wondering who the hell is Min Yoongi.

I knew she would forget about me. I was prepared for it or so I thought. But to be honest, it was different when you hear it in person. The raw feeling that your heart is being pierced.

"Good morning." I greeted with a hint of positivity. Mrs. Kim went to me and hugged me warmly. "Thank you so much for saving my daughter, Yoongi. I am eternally grateful."

"No worries Mrs. Kim. I just did what I have to do as a doctor." A courteous smile was displayed on my face. You're doing a god job Yoongi despite having your heart broken into a million pieces. "Let me do a check-up on her." I turned and approached her with caution.

"Hi, Ms. Luna. My name is Dr. Min Yoongi. I am your brain surgeon." I was also your lover.  But I'm stupid enough to break up with you and let you go. I'm sorry. I could feel my heart ached with the words left unsaid.

She bowed slightly. "No need to do that. Just lay down comfortably." I informed her and she happily complied. The stars in her eyes were back. Maybe this is for the best. I just want yo to be happy and healthy.

(Jin's POV)

40 minutes had passed while waiting outside the room. The white light was blinding. I was standing and leaning against the wall with my hands in my pocket and eyes closed. It's okay. If she remembers him, it's okay. As long as she is happy and healthy. It doesn't matter...even if she will still love him. The sound of the door opening and closing interrupted my deep reverie which signals that Yoongi went out of the room.

"How is she?" The Kim family asked in unison. That made me open my eyes abruptly looking at the direction of the voice. "She's doing well. However, she has selective amnesia. There's really no treatment for it. But we can try psychotherapy. I already endorsed her to the best doctor I know." He stopped to look at me suddenly. I hope everything will be over and back to normal. Even if that means, I have to bury my feelings alive.

"Thank you so much Yoongi. And sorry if she can't remember you." Mr. Kim conveyed sincerely.

"Well, I should take my leave now." He tapped my shoulder and whispered: "Let's talk. Private." Short and direct. This is the Min Yoongi that I know.  A serious one.

We arrived at his clinic. Room 309 with his name on the side of the door. Dr. Min Yoongi - Neurosurgeon with status Out. I sighed. He opened the door and let me in.

"Take a seat while I prepare some coffee." He informed me pointing at the round coffee table. "No need for that. Tell me what you want to talk in private." I blurted out as I was about to seat

"Okay, let's talk." He settled on the seat in front of me.

"There was a woman I deeply loved. Or so I thought." He laughed but there was humor in that. "One day my parents told me that I will be wedded to someone else. So I asked them, how about Luna?" He smirked with hands balled into a fist. I could feel his hatred against himself. I knew about it though I kept silent. Let it all out Yoongi. I was nodding slowly.

"They told me to break up with her since the company will not be transferred to her as she's adopted." He snickered. "What kind of bullshit idea was that right? But then, you see, my parents threatened me that they will not endorse me as the next CEO of the company and they will disown me and left with nothing." He confessed with a heavy heart.

"When you are a greedy fool and didn't want to lose your status and just decided that it is more important than that person, I can say, confidently..." There was a heavy sigh before he continued. "I don't love her enough and she doesn't deserve someone like me." He looked at me straight into my eyes. Tears silently cascading from his eyes. "So, please, love her with everything you've got." A weak smile escaped his lips.

"Honestly, I don't know what to feel. I hoped that, with what happened, you will at least re-evaluate your decision." My voice came out harsh and my eyes looked sharp. "But I was wrong. You are indeed a fool. I know you will regret this later in your life but it will be too late for you." I look at him dead in the eyes. "Don't worry. I promise I will love her and take care of her all her life." With that, I stood and left his clinic. I'm coming to your side now my Luna.
