The Virus Inside Me

Chapter 3

"N-no you can't be s-serious...p-please tell m-me this I a j-joke..." shadow begged.
"I'm so sorry Mr. Hedgehog. But what we want to do is bring him to the clinic so we can keep an eye on him during this process." Said Dr. Hydes.
"O-of course but what is this thing in my husband even called?"
"It's called eastern equine encephalitis or the triple E virus."
"Is there any cure?"
"No the body has to ding off the illness itself."
"I-I see. While he is at the clinic may all of his close friends and family stay there including myself?"
"Of course you can. He will have a price celebrity room since he is the hero of Mobius."
"Thank you so m-."
"SHADOW!!!"
"Sonic! What's wrong?"
"M-my head! I-it feels like it's gonna explode! M-make it stop!!!" Screamed sonic.
"Bring him over here now along with the others."
Ordered Dr. Hydes. She the hung up.
"Sonic where bringing you somewhere different hang on!" Shadow runs down the stairs and tells the others to meet everyone to the parasitic hospital and then chais controls there.
"You made it right this way!" Exclaimed Dr. Hydes. Shadow nods and brings into the room and sets him down on the bed. "Alright sonic I need you to stay still so we can put this breathing mask on to help you." Sonic nods and lays down as the breathing mask goes on his muzzle and he can feel his breathing slightly easier. Suddenly a pink hedgehog, a light blue hedgehog with a grey mustache , along with Rouge and Tails rush into the room.
"Will he be alright?!" Screamed the pink hedgehog named Amy.
"How is my Nephew?!" Asked the light blue hedgehog named Charles or uncle chuck to sonic and the others.
"He's fine right now he just needs his rest." And with that everyone sits in a chair and prays for sonic to have a perfect recovery.

~ten days later~

Everyone starts to head to Sonics room but sees doctors and nurses surrounding his room screaming clear.
"What's happening?!" Asked shadow.
"We're losing him!" Screamed a doctor. We then here a long and antagonizing beep come from the heart monitor.
"Call it. Time of death, 12:39 PM, June 23, 2019." Said Dr. Hydes. All the nieces and doctors leave except for Dr. Hydes. The group all head into the room with tears in there eyes.
"I'm so sorry... he's lost the fight." They all started to cry while shadow goes next to sonic.
"S-Sonic... I love you..." shadow then cries on sonic while holding Sonics hand.
