Chapter 13.) The CORE

(My POV ~)
I gulped nervously as I see the path. "Ok, alix... this is your big moment. Let's do this thing!" I said as i go on ahead. Then I saw monsters there and I gasp. My phone ringed and i answered my earpiece.

["W-what? Who are they? N-nobody else is s-supposed to be here..." Alphys said.]

"I think this is where the premiere will be!" I said.

["W-what?! Ok, I know you can do this. I wish you luck, alix." Alphys said as she hung up.]

I took a deep breath and enter the CORE as the music starts to play as I smirked. I see the elevator and went to it, it's jammed. "Oh, great. Ok, what do I remember about the CORE?" I asked as I look at the directions. "Left!"I said then went left and went through the doorway. Then I saw a laser. I took a deep breath. "Time to shine Alphys!" I said then the laser deactivated. I nodded as a thank you and keep moving. I made it across and keep moving. Then I see two more paths. "Ok, which way?" I asked. I look at the directions as I remember. "Straight!" I said as I head on straight. Then saw the lasers. "Ok, let's do this!" I said. The power shut off and I start to run fast, I see the lasers glow and I stop as the blue lasers shot out then stopped and I run again. It did the same rhythm and I made it to the other side. "I've got to get on stage!"I said as I keep going. Then I saw the paths. "Oh, son of a bitch!" I said as I run left then straight. I did a puzzle again with the ships and keep moving. "Why is this so difficult?!" I said with groan. Then I went right to see three more paths and groan. I went left then saw a pathway and I head there. Until I got into a battle with Whimsalot and final froggit. I dodge their attacks and I mystify final froggit and pray to whimsalot. I dodge their attacks again and spared them.

I sighed then continue then got onto another battle with knight knight and madjick. I started to sing a lullaby as I dodge their attacks and knight knight went to sleep and then I cleared my mind for madjick and spared them.

I pant then keep going and got into another battle. "Oh, god have mercy!" I said. I look to see more monsters and I sighed, did what i have to do and spared them.

I pant then made it to the other side. "Yes!!!" I said then only saw a switch. "A switch?! I went through battles for a stupid switch?!?!" I said angry then groan as I sighed. Flicked the switch and head back. "Why is this frustrating?!" I said. I went down all the way, then went right. Then up, then went right. "Please be the stage. Please be the stage." I said praying. Then I entered a battle as I sighed. I didn't pick on him and spared.

I sighed then keep going. Then saw the entrance to the stage. "YES!!! FINALLY!!!!" I said then saw the SAVE file, saved it and got at the door. "Ok, if I die... I die fabulously!" I said then made a blank face. "God, I'm weird. Like liza koshy weird on Wednesday's." I said then entered. Then I see Mettaton. "Oh yes. There you are, darling! It's time to have our little showdown. It's time to tell the monsters to head for the lab to safety! I wish you the best of luck, darling!" Mettaton said. "May be so, Mettaton."I said. The stage glow as we move up a little then we moved sky high as I keep balance as I entered a battle. I cracked my neck and cleared my throat. "Is that a mirror behind you?" I asked pointed behind him as Mettaton perked up. "Really?! I want to look great for the show!!!" He said as he turned around and I saw the switch. I flipped the switch and he froze. "Did you... just flip... my switch?"He asked then went crazy a little then everything went black then heard a dark sexy voice. "Oh yes!" The voice said as I look as spotlights comes on with smoke and saw a figure. "Ohh my. It seems that you know me so well, darling! I see you know me through all of my challenges, for that... I'll give you a handsome reward. I'll will make you..." he said as he reveals his new body as I smiled. "Absolutely beautiful!!!" He said as we see the crowd as I smiled and stretch. I see the views going down a little and I smiled. "Well then.... let's dance!" I said as i started to dance and pose at the same time as the rates go up and Mettaton joins me as i laugh happily cause this is fun. "Oh, yes! Darling, bring your glamour to the top!" He said as I did a heel turn and a boast as I pose as the ratings go up like crazy. We pass the 5 thousand mark and then got an Idea and started to add some ninja moves with my dance as the crowd went wild and pass the 7 thousand mark and Mettaton copies my move a little bit as i smiled. The we made almost over 10 thousand. Then Mettaton spins me and threw me up and I did a pose on the air and Mettaton caught me and spin me away a little and i finished with a pose with a peace sigh and a eye closed. Every monster went wild and I look at the ratings to see it's over 10 thousand. "Oh, darling! Look at those ratings!" Mettaton said as I pant and whooped in victory. Then Mettaton hugged me as I hugged back. "Thank you, darling! For everything!!!" He said. "It's what friends do." I said then I look at the crowd and I cleared my throat. "Attention monsters in hotland! As you may know, you all have been transported to a new dimension. But do not fear, I am known as a monster lover!" I said as the crowd talks a little. "As you can see, I am here to collect you all to Alphys's lab. There, me, undyne and my friends will guide you all to safety. It may be as much but it's a perfect safe place to rest and be free. Everyone of you must go there and I'll be right behind you. Now go, hurry!" I said as the monsters left towards alphys's lab as I turn to Mettaton. "Come on, we got to get to the others." I said as he nodded and we got off the stage and head towards the elevator. We left then CORE then the resort and went to the elevator. Once we got in, some monsters come inside and I pressed the 1st left floor. Once the doors opened, we got out and saw the back entrance filled with some monsters already there and I saw more of then coming. "Exuse us!" I said as the monsters move to the side and we started heading upstairs, I went the fastest cause I wanna see if anybody's ok. I made it up as I see the others getting worried. "Guys!" I said happily and they look at me and smiled. "Alix!!!" They said and got hugged by mikey and donnie. I smiled an hugged them back as Mettaton comes up and he smiled to see me hugging my friends. "I'm so glad that you are ok!" I said. "We're so glad you made it!" I said then look at Alphys then the monsters. "Ok, everyone. Come up, we got a journey ahead of us!" I said as some of the monsters came out and we all head out of the lab as I took a deep breath at fresh air.  "Ok, now let's get moving! The farmhouse is a few miles ahead." I said as I got on the car casey fixed up as everyone else use their own magic for a set of wheels. The guys got in the vehicles and we start to drive at the farmhouse as I realized it's at lunchtime. I smiled as we see the monsters catch up as we drive to the farmhouse.

We made it and made a stop as we all got out and the monsters look around as I smiled. "I saw some beds at the lab underneath the farmhouse. I think that's where you all sleep for now."I said as the monsters talk and look around at the place. "Alix..." a voice said as we look to see a surprised leo. "What happened?" He asked as the others came out of the farmhouse. "Well, we went to the CORE. Then this happened. I gather all of the monsters which apparently has hotland and got them here!" I said. The others agreed with me. "WOWIE, THIS IS AMAZING!!!" Papyrus said. I giggled as I nodded. "And now, here's the next thing we're going to do...
