𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙒𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙣 𝘼 𝙋𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚 𝙊𝙛 𝙋𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙧

Chapter 8: Casual

The next morning was very eventful for both Peter and y/n. With Mr. Stark quoting gay vines nonstop to or with Dr.Banner and y/n waking up hanging to the ceiling, today was gonna be fun.

Y/n's POV

After waking up upside down and missing the bus, I quickly stopped at a small coffee shop and got a (flavor) latte and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. While changing songs on my phone I bump into someone spilling my coffee all over my shirt.
"Y/n shit I'm so sorry"
I look up seeing the one and only Peter Parker.
"O.. h-hi its fine, I'll just use my jack- I left it at home", I hung my head and tried to clean up my mess of a shirt.
"You can use mine, it'll be a bit big on you but it's better than coffee fashion"
"Ummm sure, thanks"

We walked into a small store and he handed me his sweatshirt. I quickly changed and bought two bottled Starbucks Frappuccinos. I walked out and met back up with Peter.
"Thank you, you're a lifesaver," I say handing him one of the frappes.
"I get that a lot", he says scratching the back of his neck.
"So how's life?", he asked me while walking to school.
"O so this is supposed to be casual, cool," I say taking a sip.
"Well making it seem normal seems better than being completely awkward", he says walking beside me.
"Ya, well life's good turned 14 this weekend, and got these beautiful bracelets", I say showing him my wrist with Eddie and Spidy's bracelets.
"O umm cool, did you ever finish the spider bite essay, it's due next week and I haven't got started?
"No, I've been a bit busy".

   We walk into school, everyone was starring at us I didn't care to look around but knew they were as always.
"Why is everyone starring at us?" Peter asked me in a hushed voice.
"It's normal but it could also be that the most popular nerd is walking into school with the least popular person in the school and I'm wearing your hoodie, so people probably think we're dating," I say in a common-sense tone.
"Why do people always assume crap?" he asks me. I just shrug my shoulders and start to walk away.
"Where are you going?" he says and grabs my hand stopping me.
"I-i'm going over to my friends," I say looking down.
"Well how about I walk over there and meet them? People may assume, but sometimes assumptions can be correct," he says walking over to the spot intertwining our hands and fingers.
"H-how do you know where my hang out spot is?" I ask as I'm beginning walked over to it.
"I see you, Eddie, and Tia, there every morning. Eddie always talks about how its the best spot to hang out with you," he says. I act like it was completely normal and we walk up to my spot.

   Tia and Eddie are both sitting at the table and look up at us.
"Ok love I'll see you later", Peter says kissing my cheek and walking off.
"Bye Pete, see you later," I shout waving to him.
"O my God, you have to be shiting me. Peter Parker and Y/n L/n are together!", Tia practically yells.
"Umm. Not really." I say not knowing how to respond. I sit and Eddie just rolls his eyes.
"Awww, but still. What was all that about, love?" She asks. I just glare at her.
"I just spilled my coffee on myself when we collided because I wasn't paying attention and he's letting me borrow his sweatshirt."
"I can't wait to tell your kids that's how your relationship started," she says with a dreamy look in her eyes and a satisfied sigh.
Today was going to be a very very long day.
