The man had come outside from the window. As I sat on the ground he bandaged me up. Making sure all my sounds were treated and disinfecting them. Once he finished the last wrap around my hand he backed away. He stared down at his work as he held a medical kit in his hand.
"Well I'm not doctor but that'll definitely take a few months to fully heal. I'd suggest yo avoid getting into anymore trouble. The burn on your hand is quite severe."
"Thanks." I said giving him a small smile.
Taking the cigarette out from his mouth he gave me a smile before letting out a bunch of smoke.
"Lets go back inside I'm sure they'll be back at some point soon as well."
He stepped passed me lifting himself up through the window. I stared up at him.
"I think you forgot the amount of strength I have at the moment."
He rolled his eyes and I put my hands up. Grabbing under my arms he pulled me up out of the window.
"Thank gosh you're so light." He mumbled as he placed me down.
"I'll take that as a compliment."
Dusting myself off I groaned a bit pain still surged through my entire body. I grunted a bit closing one eye as I nearly fell.
"Alright I think thats enough of everything for you today." He laughed dragging his cigarette from his mouth.
He dropped it to the ground and crushed it with his foot.
"Oi Lucy a little help would be nice!" The man called out from the hallway.
Lucy came rushing down the hallway and stared at us confused.
"Oh you're back!" She said giving me a smile.
"Hold on a second..." Her face immediately changed the moment she noticed all my injures.
"How did you-"
"Just help her to the couch or Falcons room either one."
"Couch." I mumbled out.
She nodded her head and walking up to me I wrapped my arm over her shoulder. Steadily we walked back to the main area. The other person here earlier disappeared leaving just the three of us.
She helped me to sit on the couch and once I was comfortable they stepped back.
"So how did that even happen." She said pointing at my injuries.
"Lets just say I met a few interesting people." I grumbled annoyed.
"Falcons not gonna be happy to hear this.." The guy mumbled staring up at the ceiling.
"He can shove it and fall off a bridge." I huffed leaning against the pillows.
I laid my head against one of the pillows and closed my eyes. Even with them closed I could feel them glaring daggers into me.
"I'm not sure what he did to make you dislike him so much.." He said seriously, "But hes really not a bad guy."
I let out a small sigh and moved around a bit.
"Yea I know,"
"Otherwise I wouldn't be here.." I said mumbling the last part.
They didn't speak a word after that. I began to feel a bit sleepy yawning I let myself fall into a slight slumber.
The next time I had woken up it was to the sound of footsteps. My eyes still were shut as I moved around trying to get comfortable again. The footsteps stopped right in front of me and I opened my eyes slightly.
Still being half asleep I couldn't see much but I already knew who it was.
"You're back already...?" I mumbled out yawning.
"Yea." He replied.
I opened my eyes a bit more and he grabbed onto my hand. I tried to shake him off still holding onto the pillow.
"Come on let go.." He said in a quiet voice.
"But its comfy..."
"We got talk about a few things."
I grumbled a bit before letting go of the pillow. He picked me up off the couch bridal style and headed down the hallway. I peaked out a bit everyone was gone the area we left was empty.
I closed my eyes again as the twisting of a door knob echoed through my ear.
"Bed time..." I mumbled out tiredly.
"Not yet... talk time.." He said keeping his voice low.
"Talk...?" I asked still confused and half awake.
I squeaked out as my back hit something fluffy. My eyes opened all the way and I began to look around more.
"Wha huh.. hold on talk about what??" I asked fully awake now.
"About who did that." He said a bit deadlier now pointing at my wounds.
I stayed quiet after that taking in my surroundings instead. We were inside of a bedroom and I was placed on-top of a fluffy bed. Aaron stood before me staring down at me as I laid there.
He began to move closer to me grabbing onto both of my wrists while he got on top of me.
"Now I will give you a few options. One tell me who did it and ill let you go or two if you don't tell me well you'll find out." He said glaring down at me.
A shiver went down my spine and I tilted my head to the side.
"I don't know who they were."
His grip on my wrists tighten and I groaned slightly.
"The truth."
"I don't know who they were its the truth. I just heard them say something it irritated me and that was that."
His grip on my wrists softened and he sat up.
"Alright." He got up off of me and turning his back he headed for the door.
"Where are you going...?" I called out as he held onto the knob.
"To handle some business."
After that he walked out closing the door behind him. I stared at the door as I slowly sat up.
He was really was a strange guy.
