Chapter 3

"You're home Ms Park"

Joy ignored the greetings from the maids heading straight to the house. As soon as she entered, she saw before her eyes a table full of food.

"Why is there so many food? Is there a guest"

She turned around and asked the maid who just greeted her

"Dear miss. Your dad had just brought the great lady and the second lady back, he told us we have to make a delicious meal tonight to welcome them"

The maid answered and her hand, feet were trembling really hard, her head bowed and she dared not to look up once.

"Great lady? Second lady? My dad said I should call them that?"

"Yes"

"How long have they been here?"

"Just now miss, they in your mother room right now"

Joy said nothing and threw her backpack into the chair next to her and ran up to her mother room. As soon as she pushed he door open, she saw "second lady" and "big lady" pouring water for her mother. Joy rushed over to grab the glass of water and drink it all down.

"If you're thirsty next time, tell me and I'll pour for you"

Irene was so excited when she saw Joy, she happily took Joy hand, but Joy shook her hand in a cold voice.

"Not that I'm thirsty, but I'm afraid your mom and you will poison my mother"

Irene was at a loss for words, and the hand of her mom who was wiping Joy mom face suddenly froze. Before she could withdraw her hand, Joy pushed her hand ,pulling back the towel to wipe her mother face

"You two get out, my mother don't need for you to take care of her"

Wait after the other two went out, Joy mom finally spoke

"Joy don't be like that, actually they aren't as bad as you think. They were very good.

"You don't know anything mom, what if they are pretending. If it not because of them you wouldn't be like this? That good mom?

"Actually at the time, when your father broke the new, I was so surprised I fainted. I did not say it because of them two. In addition , it is good that you have one more sister, and I have a new friend to talk to"

Joy mother said that while smiling, that smile filled with love for her. But for some reason it annoyed her.

"No matter what you think , I still can't understand why you can accept it so easily?"

"It already happened ,there no point if we stop blaming, moreover Irene is already grown up, we have to learn to accept the truth Joy ah"

"You don't have to say anymore. You are my mother, it easy for you but I cannot easily accept that.

Without waiting for her mother to say anything else, Joy opened the door and went out. Watching the door closed, Ms Park can't help but sigh. She wondered when could her little daughter finally grow up?
