Chapter 25

****Noah's POV****

"Wow this is your room?"
Mia asked looking around and sitting down on my bed.

"Yeah." I smiled.

Mia brought her legs up on my bed and laid down on her back looking at me with those beautiful brown eyes she has.

"That was some of the best food I've had in like a month."
She laughed rubbing her stomach.

"so I take  it you like everything my mom made, some of her ideas are pretty wild."
I chuckled at her coming over and laying down next to her.

"Yeah, your mom is a great cook just like my dad...I'm pretty sure that I just gained 50 pounds." She smiled and laughed.

I turned on my side looking at her and she looked at me with a smile.

"What?" She chuckled

"Nothing just admiring how beautiful you are."I replied to her.

"Noah can I tell you something?" She asked

"Of course..anything."
I responded more curious now

"I know my dad and uncle told you briefly about my new friend at the hospital. But I really want to tell you about him. His name was Cole Sprouse and he struggled with severe eating disorders, cutting, and suicide. His dad left him and abandoned him all he has is his mom. I broke down that night because I found him a mess on the floor of him trying to kill himself. The day I was going home he gave me his number and wanted to keep in contact, he's a new friend and we sorta understand the same pain. I just wanted you to know all that."

She looked at me like she just gave a speech for class

"Babe its all good, and thank you for telling me about him more."
I smiled at her

"He's going to come to anchor beach when he gets out and adjusted. He'll be a good fit for our group."

She smiled

I looked at her and scooted closer to her and our eyes just making contact with one another admiring one another, I put my hand under her chin leaned in and kissed her she put her hands on the sides of my head and we began to start making out. I'm so lucky to know her, and I love her.

We both pulled apart from one another to hear the door open to Alexa standing there.

"I hate to crash the party but Mia your dad and uncle said they're ready to take you home."
Alexa said

"Ok, yeah. I probably should go."
Mia said as we both started to get up from my bed. I took her hand and we walked back downstairs to where Mia's dad and uncle stood at the door with smiles.

Mia leaned in and hugged me and I hugged her back.

I'll text you tonight" she smiled

"Sounds good."
I smiled back to her.

Mia walked out the door with her uncle and dad to their car.

"How do you think she's going to do when she goes back to school?"
Alexa spoke up.

I took a deep breath.

"It makes me nervous you know, l don't think she knows the consequences of Nicole's actions and I haven't bothered to tell her since she's not asked."

I responded

"That bitch only got a week suspension and kicked off the cheer squad for the rest of the year. That's not any punishment."

Alexa responded pissed off

"I know but she has us, Darin, and Steven  and when Cole comes to join us. Lots of support for her at school. Mr.Porter is also going to make sure her being back at school goes as smooth as possible."
