I was a human, before you killed me
And ripped my heart out, I knew what love was
Now when they ask me, I just reply slow
And sound like an iPhone
I do not know love,

"Scott!" Allison walked down the dark hallway, the flashlight lighting the way. "Scott! Scott?" The hallway was completely silent, but while that should have been comforting, it was only eerie.

Glowing yellow eyes watched her girl curiously, without any worry for the girl's safety.

Allison was lucky Lucy wasn't feeling particularly hungry. The wolf walked silently and carefully on the drop down ceiling. There was barely enough room for her tall form to fit.

"Scott!" Allison called again. The girl sighed and kept walking. Lucy left the ceiling when the reached the pool area, and sat in the corner, careful not to draw any attention to herself. She was just curious to know why the girl was here.

Suddenly, Allison's phone rang, startling her. Lucy winced at the shrill sound that rang in her ears. She was still listening for the alpha, and was satisfied when she heard him chasing the boys, and not her.

"Hey." Allison sighed as she answered the phone. "I can't seem to find them." Allison nodded, looking around the room again. "Okay. Give me a second. I'll be right there."

Allison stepped towards the exit, but her phone rang again.

"Stiles." Allison answered the phone.

"Hey, it's me. Where are you?" Scott replied. Lucy could sense the fear in his voice.

"I'm in the school looking for you. Why weren't you at my place?"

"Where are you right now."

"On the first floor."

"Where? Where are you exactly?" He sounded panicked.

"The swimming pools?" She seemed confused.

"Get to the lobby. Go now!"

"Okay. Okay. I'm coming." She answered and started running towards the lobby. Lucy followed her, claws clicking on the floor. Allison didn't notice the sound over her own footsteps.

Lucy stayed outside of the lobby, listening intently for the alpha, but she heard nothing. This put her on edge immediately, and she sniffed the air. She growled lowly, crouching lower to the ground.

Claws dug into the back of her neck and she slumped to the ground with a thud. She was plunged into memories she didn't want to remember.

Lucy was six at the time. She was living with a couple that lived in the slums. It was early in the morning, around four o'clock.

Lucy quietly descended the stairs of the building and into the lobby of the apartment building. What she wasn't expecting was four teenage boys to be hanging out there. One was asleep sitting by the door. The second was sitting next to the mailboxes, a cigarette between his teeth, clearly high. The third paced back and forth, hands in his pockets. The fourth was leaning against the wall, flicking the ash from his cigarette on to the chipped brick red tile floor.

Having no idea what to do, Lucy just stood there, contemplating what to do. She could try to sneak back upstairs or continue her mission despite this hiccup. The first option disappeared when the third one stopped and turned to face her.

She looked suddenly sheepish, and waved slightly.

"What are you doing here?" He asked. He didn't look angry, but he was still intimidating.
