Alex heard a soft knock at her door before it creaked open "c'mon bingo, stop crying. She doesn't know. Nobody does, i promise." Raillery hugged her friend "Elle does" Alex said through tears. Raillery let go of Alex "No, she doesn't, Cassidy doesn't, your mom doesn't, your dad doesn't, the town doesn't know. Alex. Only we do" Alex stopped crying "Really? or are you just saying that" Alex knew by the look in Raillery's eyes that she wasn't lying.

"Let's get to school" Raillery said and grabbed Alex's hand, which Alex drew back. "I'm skipping today" Then she noticed the snacks "Wanna go to the barn?" It was a far ways away, but they used to hang out at an old abandoned barn in the middle of no where. They called it "the no mans barnyard" Raillery nodded then grabbed the bag of stuff.

"Mom, we are going to no mans barnyard" Alex screamed up the steps to her mom "Ok, sweetie, be back by at least 12" "okay"

The barn was a big red building in the middle of a big field. Only Cassidy, Alex and Raillery knew about it. Well, until the whole fight, then everybody payed more attention to it as an attempt to bring the two back together. But, sadly, it didn't work out as planned. They cleaned it up, even Blake came out to help, only a few people cared that he was there. Others we're used to his presence every once and awhile.

"Help! Please!" Somebody from the barn screamed "Please!" The words quickly turned into mumbled gibberish. The girls looked at each other before running to the barn. "Help!" Another scream came.

Alex tried to open the door but failed. Then Raillery tried, her being a bit stronger, but also failed. Raillery bent down and picked up the hammer that was laying in the grass. "Stand back" she said before she started hitting the hammer on the old wood. In an attempt Alex thought would never work, Raillery. Broke down enough of the wood to get in.

"Oh my God! What the fuck" Alex screamed while Raillery tried to untie the girl "Please help me" "Alright calm down, honey. What's your name?" "Alliah" "Ok, Alliah, how old are you?" "17" she managed to say.

Raillery finished untying the girl and helped her up. "Okay, we are going to get you out of here" Alex said, Alliah hesitant to take her hand. "This is going to make headlines as always" Alex said "I agree. I can deal with the fame, but this is a bit too much." Alex nodded her head. "Sweetie, what's your last name?" "Blidellow" "Okay, do you have a favorite color?" "Yeah, it's orange" Alex nodded.

"Why the random questions?" Raillery asked "In the case that whoever took her lies, we know the truth. If he says she is his daughter, we ask what her birthday is, favorite color, full name, stuff like that." She explains in a low voice so Alliah doesn't hear "Alliah, what is your birthday?" "January 27th 2002" Alex nodded.

"Hey, stop!" a man screamed "Stop right now! Alliah i told you not to speak or move. You are not allowed out and you know that. You also know you're too weak to run. So come back here" The man began walking towards them "Damn it, Alliah, get the fuck back here" the rain had been too thick for him to see there were three of them, he could only make out a faint figure. "Run!" Alex said. "But-" "no, i'll deal with it"

Alex started walking towards the man "You're not Alliah" "No, i'm not." she said, somehow sounding as calm as ever "oh, you're that Alex girl. One of those friends. Isn't your dad Blake?" "Yeah, now who the fuck is Alliah, and why do you want her so bad?" "She is my cousin, and she lives here. She isn't old enough to leave without somebody with her." "What was it about not being weak enough to run or something?" "what are you, the police? stop asking questions and tell me if you know where my cousin is"

Alex stayed quiet, knowing Raillery and Alliah were long gone by now, she finally decided what to do. "No, i'm not the police. but let me ask you one more question, when is her birthday?" "June 30th 1995" she reached her hand out, trying to take his. But he grabbed her and tried dragging her away.  "Nice try, asshole" she pressed hard on a pressure point o his neck, knocking him out.

His grip on her immediately let go and he fell. "You were the easiest person to do that to" she said. "They'll find you later" she stepped over his body and started running after Raillery and Alliah.

A few days later, they had the man in jail, as he admitted to everything, and Alliah was in a foster home, which just happened to be Elle's. "I wonder how Elle is doing adjusting to Alliah" Cassidy said "Yeah, i'm surprised we didn't make the headlines for that though." "You'd have to thank Alliah for not telling them we saved her"

"Sleepover at my place?" cassidy asked "I'll call Elle. Do you think Alliah could come too?" Cassidy nodded. "A'ight see you guys later" she said leaving the bakery.
