She fell for those eyes full of love at 14.
She saw her future in them.
Her purpose.
But then
he left.
Moved to another city.
Married someone else.
Had 3 daughters.
20 years passed and he had a good life.
A happy life.
But he forgot that on the other side of the country, there was someone waiting for him.
For 20 years.
Just for him.
After 20 years, he came back.
The moment she saw him, she fell apart.
The eyes of love she once knew became the eyes of the pain she felt for 20 years.
She got nothing from him, except to say that he hated her.
Yet, she forgives him.
Maybe out of mercy,
maybe out of love.
After 20 years, everything changed, except her feelings.
