I walked in my eyes instantly going to the blonde haired  golden eyed vampire that confuses me in every way possible , she had her head in a document and her hair was down framing her face beautifully as she drank something that looked like coffee but probably had a type of bloody substance in it.

"Are you done staring?"

She said looking up at me with the signature smirk, that made me want to put my lips on hers.... I shook my head at my self and her looking down flush with embarrassment. "I-i was waiting for you to say something.." I stubble out she hums with smugness. She could always tell when I was lying it felt and new exactly how to make my cheeks turn rosey

"Please do sit anywhere I have some of your favorites from our last meal." She said giving a small gesture to a table filled with many fruits before she looked down at the document that was in her hand it must been something she liked because her face seemed to lighten reading it, we were in a comfortable silence for a while as she read it I was eating away on fruits I didn't know the name of, "Will be traveling," she said finally looking up at her document. I tilted my head questioning before she continued on.

"We are going to Japan for a friend of mines ball,"

A ball I didn't even know that they would have those I mean the most you hear about them is from fairytales or days way before my time. Weren't they just fancy dances? Why would she need me. My brows knitt in confusion, "But, why would you need me with you ?" I asked putting my fork and knife down there was no feasible way to finish all of it. She stared off into her coffee concoction as if she had to think for a moment about the question, "well of course I'll be needing to keep a blood bag near and I wouldn't be able to trust you with my guards either,"

I twiddled my thumbs something about her answer.... disappointed me ? I don't know what I would want her to say but what she had said doesn't feel right. "There wouldn't be a point of me being there I can't even dance or enjoy myself." I say my tone slightly showing my annoyance with the queen. All the queen did though was raise a brow and smile like giving me the same sinister eyes she always does the ones like she would tear me to threads If she could and I would enjoy it.

"Well I guess I'll just have to teach you." She said braking my trance on her eyes and I started to actually focus on what she was saying

"What?"

"I'm going to teach you to dance"

"No"

"Yes"
She finished in a final tone not angry more controlling. I wouldn't expect anything more from the Queen of bloodsuckers herself even if she had this way with me I couldn't forget who she is and what she has done. The only reason I am here eating and not trying to kill her is because of my brother. My brother ! "When will I get to see my brother?" I said desperately and pleading with her. She wasn't looking at me this time though she
Was sipping her coffee and looking at a paper that seemed to rise her anger. Her beautiful eyes now became a dark devious obsidian color shifting slightly to reds and purples. She wouldn't respond as she stared , so I said again "When will I see my brother!"

I immediately regretted even speaking at a time like this," Get out..." she practically growls at me. My eyes grew in shock of her outburst all I could utter out was a simple "What ?..." it was barley above a whisper but she heard it.

"I said get out you useless blood bag!"

She said shouting at me her eyes meeting mine after and changing in color seeing the horror on my face her look becoming regretful
And losing anger but it was to late as a few tears came down and I ran out of there. It hurt to hear her call me that makes than I'd like to say it did..... why was I being such a fool

Idiotic, a dunce, stupid is all I felt when I made eye contact with Lilah after my outburst. I wished to never see the hurt that were
In her eyes like I just have caused.

That stupid brother of hers was to blame... I have gotten a letter from his lavish prison of his escape, that stupid boy should have just stayed where he was and shut the hell up. Lilahs only reason for having these breakfasts and our dinners together because of him being in my clutches and now I have nothing.

I can't let her ever find out or my Lily will leave my life and her enchanting ways of a scrunching her eyebrows together when confused and biting her lip when embarrassed. Every little move she makes I won't get to see all she'll do Is try to run. I need him just for a while until she herself loved me then a I shall not worry.

My guards they turned to me straightening up without saying a word.

I want every 1st class tracker finding the boy do your understand !?" I seethed our getting a curt nod back.

"will you be needing anything else your majesty ?" The guard said making sure to not stutter and to not make eye contact.

"Yes I'll be needing a dress maker. I'm going to a ball" I smiled walking out of my office.
