"Who's Michael?" He asked.

Shit..

My mother glared at the twins, Sammie wasn't at all assumed that everyone was staring at him as if he asked the world's dumbest question.

"Michael is at the Casino as always sweetheart you know that.." My mom replied, Sammie shrugged his shoulders; taking a major bite out of waffles.

Andy was still not given an answer, but he didn't ask a second time since I believe he saw my mother's very nervous expression..

Michael. Michael was my step-dick. He's been putting our whole family down, every night him and mom are always arguing. The twins are scared one day he'll hurt her; scared he'll try to hurt them if my mother isn't his punching bag anymore, let me say if that ass-hat touches my family I'll rip him a new butt-hole that he'll be able to take a cannon up his ass!

My real father..he was shot a few years ago. We never took down the pictures with him in it because he's the real man of this house, not Michael. Me nor Michael like each other ~ obviously because he thinks that he can control me. Yeah like hell.

The dinner went pretty smooth, my mother wasn't worried anymore and she and Andy have actually a lot in common; they both like soft music and homemade cooking recipes?

"Why don't you all go back to your rooms? I'll clean up.." My mom said, "Oh please Mrs. Beaumont let me help.." Andy suggested but my mom smiled at him.

"Thank you Andy but I believe I got it.."

"Come on..you can't get her to change her mind.." I whispered to Andy who just shrugged as he followed me back up the stairs. I closed the door after we both entered my room, he sat on the bed while I did too.

"So..what do you think it's like being in the Beaumont's house?" I said.

"Rye. Who's Michael?"

I sighed while my heart was already facing, "He's a nobody, not a damn soul." I replied coldly.

"Is he the guy in the pictures? You know..when you guys don't look as happy?" He asked..

"Yeah he's the piece of shit that my mother married soon as my real father died, I wondered how could she even be in the same room with that coward-!" I remotely shouted; Andy was getting a little uncomfortable from my slight yelling.

"I-I'm sure he's not at all bad-" Andy tried to patronize but I stopped it, "Don't even. You don't know half of story of how he treats me and my family. You don't know the bullshit we all have to go through since he's so pathetic! always out with friends playing poker and coming home drunk late at night where him and my mom fight until the crack of dawn..!"

"Rye you need to calm down-"

"I WISH EVERYONE WOULD STOP TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN!" I screamed slapping my fist against the door causing Andy to stand up quickly, my eyes were daring to tear up. I never cried in front of anyone expect my mom or brothers..

Andy walked towards me. He was so close. Really close. Our chests were touching, he wrapped a arm around my neck to pull me down into a hug, I gladly wrapped my arms around his delicate body ~ not holding back to start having a breakdown, sob after sob echoing softly around the room; I could even hear Andy sniffling.

When he pulled away I stared into those ocean eyes. They were slightly red with a small tear going down his cheek, I hesitantly reached up to wipe it away. The next thing I knew; he was leaning closer, so was I. Our lips. They were there. Not even inches away, I was expecting them to touch but they never did. I knew this was a mistake ~ I knew he wasn't into me like that all the way, I knew he didn't love me..like the way I loved him.

"You are not alone, Ryan Beaumont.." He whispered against my lips. His breath tingling.
