A child of Poseidon really?I mean why couldn't it be Hermes,or Aphrodite or someone else but me?I did the only thing I could possibly do at the moment, Run.I heard Percy chasing after me but I did my best to outrun him. I morphed my sword into a butterfly that flew next to me. I ran to the closest body of water, it was a fishing lake but it was still water.I dipped my feet in the water, tiny fishes gathered around it and then swam away. I hear a rustling of leaves, it was probably Percy or Chiron but I morphed the butterfly back into my sword.The moonlight shined on his face.He had blonde hair and looked worn out and tired.He had a scar on his face yet he smiled with dignity.
" Im Luke " he said as he extended his hand out.
" Nicole." I said as I shook his hand and took a tighter grip on my sword.
" Your new here right? heard about that tidal wave and that prophecy ya da ya da"he replied.
"tell me about it, who are you anyway?" I said
"son of Hermes, and you are the daughter of Poseidon, the big three, gossip get around fast" he said.
"why werent you at campfire?" I asked.

I thought about it for a moment my dad had only come in contact with me because he couldn't,It wasn't his fault and I would be proud to serve my father." thanks but I think I'll take my chances" I said.

" Nicole!" yelled a familiar voice.It was Percy's.I groaned a bit inside but my senses felt like they weren't working.A girl wearing a blonde ponytail and gray eyes stood in front of me, next to Percy.
"You should be careful,Kronos's army could be out here,especially-" she said.
