~Elizabeth's POV~

He saw them all. My scarrs, followed by my recent cuts. Some from yesterday night. Last night was tragic...and it was after Meliodas was gone.

~Flashback~

Meliodas waved at me with a smile, whilst exiting out the balcony as usual, as I wave back. Life is amazing.

I hear irregular footsteps trodding towards my bedroom door.

Without a knock, or anything, that man, the man who had hurt me at just 6 years old...had came back for more.

"Estarossa..what are you doing here??" I ask, not forgiving for what he had done to me.

"I came for round two." he smirked, whilst kissing my neck. I tried pushing him off my body, but his weight had prevented me from doing so.

I had screamed to stop. My sisters and my dad were out at a meeting overnight, so it was just me.

"Why can't we be lovers?" Estarossa asked.

"P-please stop...I don't feel comfortable." I say.

"Who cares? Cmon, we can love each other. Is this because you have feelings for Meliodas?"

"Estarossa, stop. I don't want this. Please." I beg and beg, but he continues. He then strips off my clothes...and it happened. I was...raped.

After he left, I took the nearest sharp object I could, and started  to trace the edge within my skin, leaving scarrs.

~End of flashback~

Meliodas was gently tracing his fingers against my arm.

"Who made a beautiful women like you do this??" Meliodas asked, seeming very angry. I never wanted to upset him.

"I can't tell you infront of the school.." I say, calmly with a sigh, looking down at the floor.

He grabs my chin softly, and brings it so that I stare into his eyes.

"Okay, just know I would never want you to hurt yourself like this. You're my world, you know." he says, calmly, making me blush.

I didn't care if we were in school or not anymore, I cuddled up to him on the bench. He didn't seem bothered at all, more relaxed like me.

We both close our eyes and smile, and we must have fell asleep at some point. I hear a phone camera go off, and both him and I wake up to the sound of giggles.

Diane shows us a picture of us cuddling up sleeping together on her phone.

Meliodas pulls out his phone, and suddenly I hear a vibration from my phone, so I pull out mine too. He sent the groupchat a picture of Diane and King cuddling up, on a couch, with Ban in the background making a silly face to the camera.

I giggle, knowing everyone has pictures of each other.

"How did you even get that??" Diane groaned.

"I dunno, it was ages ago." Meliodas responds.

"Also, Ellie, if you want, I'll stay next to you all day if you want?" he asks, whispering to me. I nod, knowing I'd need the comfort.

The others were suspicious but shrugged it off. We all walked upstairs, and I felt a strange but yet familiar presense. Estarossa.

I was mentally shaking. He wasn't walking up to us, thankfully, but the thought of him being near me sends shivers down my spine. I suddenly start visibly shaking, and I clutch onto Meliodas's shirt, whilst letting all my tears out. He wrapped me into a warm embrace, and whispered things to me which made me feel better.
His comfort made me so happy, but Estarossa is his brother. Would Meliodas even believe me if I told him all of what happened?

Either way, I wanted to tell him and him only. We enter the classroom at last, and instead of sitting in our allocated seats, Meliodas comes and sits next to me, which makes me smile.
I guess he was true to his promise, afterall. These were the types of moments that made me realise I needed to confess my feelings soon, before it was too late.

Apologies for the short chapters. I've been very busy, but I promise to make them longer starting from next chapter, having a minimum of 1k words (1000). Hope you all are enjoying it, even if the plot is confusing. I also forgot to mention that although Estarossa and Elizabeth seemed to not mind each other in the first few chapters, Elizabeth had to maintain a positive image for everyone else. Sorry for not mentioning before. Anyways, I'll stop blabbering on now ^_^
