Changbin POV

You woke up, with your leg aching. You groaned and massaged it, while the bright light of daytime seared through your eyes.

You looked at your surroundings, baffled as to why you were waking up outside, in the freezing cold, lying in a pile of snow.

Then everything came back in a snap.

You gasped as you remembered the strange man that had come and pointed his gun at you. You remembered the terrible pain in your leg, as you blacked out.

Oh god, y/n. They must have taken her, or worse...I don't want to think about it.

You jumped up to your feet and pulled a small dart out of your leg. You could barely walk on it, but running on fear and adrenaline, you managed to begin to hobble your way to the castle.

I have to tell Felix, I have to tell Felix, I have to tell Felix...

Your POV

Your mind was in a daze.

You vaguely remembered being really angry at someone, and then blacking out.

You remembered a chilling laugh, that made your bones rattle and your body turn cold.

After that, you remembered a sickening, uneasy sleep. Nightmares plagued your subconscious mind and no matter how hard you tried you couldn't force yourself out of it.

But now you could feel yourself coming back to consciousness. Slowly, you creaked your eyes open, only to be blinded by the light. You waited for your eyes to adjust and then took in your surroundings.

You were tied to a circular piece of wood, hanging to the ceiling by a small thread about seven feet above the ground. Below you, the ground was littered with spikes place haphazardly as if someone had just thrown them randomly. On the tips of the spikes, you could just make out dark red splatters, which you hoped wasn't blood.

Looking next to you, you saw something that made your heart skip a beat and your breathing grow ragged.

Hanging next to you, on a similar contraption, was a skinny and weak Jisung. His eyes were open, but he was staring down at the ground with no expression on his face.

For a second, you thought he was dead, but then you saw his chest heaving, as if breathing was hard for him.

"Jisung?" you said softly, your voice barely above a whisper, you didn't have the energy to speak any louder.

His head snapped up as he looked at you with evident tears forming in his eyes.

"Y/n," he said, "for a minute there, I thought you weren't going to wake up."

His voice sounded weak and broken, and you wondered how long he had been here.

"I'm awake, Jisung," you said gently, "actually, I was looking for you, so I guess this works out in a way."

You chuckled half-heartedly. You knew nothing in this situation worked out.

"Y/n," Jisung said, "do you remember what happened before you got here?"

"Vaguely," you admitted, "just feelings, but not actual events."

"The bitch drugged you," Jisung said, angrily.

"Yeah, I kinda figured that one out," you said sarcastically, "Where are we, Jisung?"

"Don't know," he replied, "I was picked up from District 9 one day, and brought here. Stupid Diabolos watched and didn't do anything. Now I'm stuck here with this creep, and worse, your here too, and I have no clue what's gonna happen to us."
