Jisung POV

Seungmin was locked up in his room and had been for at least an hour now. Everybody knew he needed time to himself, but you couldn't help but worry.

You knew exactly how he felt. Losing a sibling was terrible. You remembered when your grandfather told you Eunji was dead.

It was like your world shattered, your heart was pulled from your chest, your happiness ripped from your body. Siblings were like best friends for life. Except it hadn't been for life, and it wasn't going to be for Seungmin.

You were lucky enough to get your sister back. Seungmin would never get Woojin back. And you knew that hurt like hell.

You sighed, and rubbed your sleep deprived eyes, before tenderly holding Eunji's hand in yours.

You were in the infirmary again, sitting in a chair next to Eunji's bed. You rested your head against the edge of her bed, satisfied by the cold metal against your aching head. You really needed sleep, but you just hadn't been able to.

You fiddled with her fingers as you thought of the events of the past couple days. It had really been crazy.

You'd met so many new people, which was really something for people from District 9.

There was Felix, who was y/n's soulmate. They were cute together, but they weren't even together. That just made your head ache even more with too much thinking, so you moved on.

There was Felix's brother Minho, too. You had to admit he was cute, but he also gave you a sort of nostalgic feeling. Like you'd seen him before somewhere. You guessed he just had that type of face, because there was no way you ever knew the crown prince of the capitol.

You did remember someone named Minho from District 9, so that was probably where the feelings were coming from.

You smiled as you thought of the times you and him had trained together. It had been when you were so little, before he had just disappeared.

He kind of had looked like the one at the castle now, except he had black hair, while now Minho had dyed his hair a dark blue. Also, he looked way different in more expensive, capitol clothes. There was also the fact that the one in District 9 was a small kid, at the time, and the one you knew now was grown up.

It made sense, actually.

The reason he disappeared was because he lived here, and he had to start learning how to be king, instead of running off to District 9. He dyed his hair so people wouldn't recognize him. And District 9 was where he learned how to fight, and what he eventually taught to Jeongin.

Who am I kidding?

Minho didn't even know what District 9 was, you were just going crazy with a lack of sleep.

You got up and stretched, taking one last look at your sister.

She looked so different now. So grown up. She was nothing like the older sister you used to know. You wanted her to wake up already so that you could pick back up where you had left off.

Minho had said she didn't want to wake up, whatever that meant. You had faith in her, though. When you were kids, she had always been so brave and strong. You knew she could win any game on the planet, but she still let you win every time you played anything.

You knew she would wake up soon, because she was never one to give up. And you doubted that had changed.

Speaking of Minho, I should go and ask y/n if she recognizes him.
