/harry's pov/

I hear a siren as the cops roll up. The officer walks out of the car towards me and the stupid naïve girl that hit my new fucking car.

"What's the problem sir?" He adjusts his belt.
"Obviously this asshole hit my car!" I motion towards the smoking cars.
"Calm down sir, is anyone hurt?"
"I don't know, I'm fine." I cross my arms.
"Ok is that young lady over there ok?" He asks, peering over my shoulder at her.
"I don't know and I don't care, she's drunk." I huff.
"Mhm." He mumbles and walks over towards her car.

Thank god. That asshole needs to get in trouble. I hope he yells or arrests her or maybe even keeps her locked up for the night.

"Ok, you're right." The officer says, walking up behind me with Ariana.
"See." I clench my jaw.
"She is slightly intoxicated." He looks over at her, his arm gripping her waist.
"She is hurt though. Major concussion." He states.
"Sorry about that. How the fuck are you going to pay for the damage of my car?" I yell at her.
"Sir, you need to be quiet, now after we take her to the hospital, we'll get a way to pay for the damage. As of now we're only worried about her head. Have a great day, I'll call the tow truck." He says and walks off, putting her carefully in his back seat.

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" I yell, kicking the bumper of her car.

Fucking Christ. Of course this happens. Oh they're only worried about her head? Ok well I hope it gets slammed into a brick wall.

/3 months later; ariana's pov/

"Hey honey, you ok?" My mom walks into my room, handing me a mug of coffee.
"Yes mom, and I don't drink coffee." I state.
"Ok sorry. Get your rest." She says and closes the door behind her.

I get out of bed and get dressed,
I slide on my yoga pants, get my white cardigan on, and my white converse.

I do my makeup quickly, powder, a little bit of eyeliner, and my lipstick, then pull my hair into a half pony.

I walk out the door and into the hallway, making my way into the living room to grab my purse.

"I'm going to lunch with Steph." I call out to my parents, who are watching American Idol.
"Bye sweetie! Be careful!" They yell back as I walk out the door, slamming it behind me.

...

"Hey!" Steph calls out to me from a booth in the back.

I smile and wave, walking to her table.

As I sit down she goes off-
"Are you ok?" She asks.
"Yea I'm fine." I reply.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure." I laugh.
"Ok, because I mean, a concussion is pretty bad." She explains.
"I know."
"Well I'm glad you're ok." She smiles as the waiter walks towards our table.
"Would you like anything to drink?" He asks.
"I'll just have a coke." I smile as he walks off, scribbling on his notepad.
"So how are you." I ask.
"I'm great, I have this new boyfriend. His name is Louis and he's soooo hot." She exclaims.
"Must be nice." I look down.
"What's wrong? I thought you were dating Mikey?" She asks.
"I was, things didn't work out, ya know?" I gaze around the restaurant as I see someone I recognize.

"Harry?" I ask, not thinking that was going to be loud at all.

He jerks his head back, looking for the owner of the words, but has no luck, as he turns back around.

"Few." I wipe my forehead.
"What was that?" Steph asks.
"Nothing, that's the guy who I hit." I look down.
"Who, curly hair at the counter?" She turns around.
"No don't-"
"He's hot." She says, cutting me off.
"Oh my god! He's so hot!" She continues.
"No he's not." I say, looking at the menu.
"Umm, yea!" She laughs.
"Don't you have a boyfriend?" I laugh.
"Yea, he's hot too."
"I would hope so." I say as the waiter brings my glass of coke.

Instead of setting it down, he fumbled around and somehow managed to spill it all over me.

"Oh my gosh! I am so sorry!" He grabs a wad of napkins, trying to clean up the soda off of me.
"It's fine, I got it." I say as everyone's attention turns towards me;
Even Harry's.

We make an awkward eye contact as he furrows his brows. Shit.

He slams his fork down and starts to walk towards me.

The waiter walks away, retrieving more napkins as Harry approaches my table.

"What a surprise to see you." He bluntly says with an evil smile.
"Hi." I continue wiping my chest.
"Oh look at that, coke on your white sweater. What a shame." He sarcastically replies.
"Shut up." I roll my eyes.
"Excuse me?" He cocks his head back.
"Shut. Up." I repeat myself for the second time.
"Fuck no! Do I recall, you owe me money?"
"No I don't, I payed for the damage already!" My voice raises.
"When because I didn't get it!" His voice gets even louder, drawing attention.
"A month ago." I quiet down, trying to get less noticed.
"No you fucking didn't." His voice reaches the same distinct as mine.
"I did too. Now let me eat with my friend here and leave." I huff.
"Oh look who's getting mad! How's your head?" He pats the top of my head.

I slap his wrist as he yells-
"Ow!"
"Go away." I grit my teeth.
"No, give me my money." He refuses.
"She already fucking paid you pretty boy, be on your way now." Steph interrupts, causing a surprised expression to take over his face.
"Whatever." He huffs and storms off, walking out the door and slamming it shut.

Asshole.

"Well, his personality isn't so hot." She laughs.
"I know." I look down as the people in the restaurant turn away.
"Sorry." She pats my shoulder.
"It's fine. I already paid him $500 for the damage." I rub my forehead.
"That much? Damn." She takes a sip of her coke.
"Yea, I know." I say as the waiter comes back.
"Sorry about that and that rude costumer, you know him?" He asks.
"Yea, sadly." I look back down.
"Sorry about that again, I really am, but what would you like to eat sweetheart?" He nicely asks.
"I'm not hungry anymore." I play with the string on my sleeve.
"Ok m'am, now for you?" He turns to Steph.
"I'll have the chicken strips." She plainly says, her mood just as gloomy as everyone else's from that little scene.
"Ok, sorry again. I'll have that right up." He smiles and walks away.
"He's nice." Steph half smiles.
"I wish everyone was as nice as him." I bite the inside of my cheek and wait for Steph to get her food so we can leave.
