I sighed as I picked up the giant albino python resting on a perch. I put it around my shoulders and pet its head. I came to see and old friend Tia Dalma for answers about my family.  Also for another reason.

I took my journal from my coat pocket and gave it to her. She grabbed it from me and looked into it.

"Tia? What does blood heals the blessed means? For payment, I will tell you what you wish to know about my family."

She grimned at me and took the Journal. She read through it and laughed. "You have blood that be able to heal people only you wish to be blessed."

I smiled and looked at her. "How would you like a vial of it? Anyone that uses it I will let heal."

She smiled back. "That does well."

She handed me a vial and I took it. She cut my hand and I let blood trickle from it into the vial.

When I was done I saw my hand start to heal. I looked at it a lottle scared. "I don't think I will ever get used to this."

I heard a voice from the door and my eyes grew wide. "Jack Sparrow. He's here!"

I ran up the stairs hid in the dark room. Tia looked at me and smirked. "Hiding from the lover?"

I snapped with my face as red as a tomato. "He's not my lover! I do not want to be near a pirate."

She laughed and the door opened. I stayed hidden behind a barrel in the back room.

We were ported at Tortuga a year ago, when I left Jack and the crew behind because I could not handle being close to Jack any longer. It hurt too much.
He was not one for settling down and stayed with several women.

Not long after that, I came across a raccoon, whom I named Frida. She is always pranking people, but helps in ways she can.

One time she took an apple from a stand and gave it to a starving child. It is one of the things I love about her. I don't feel as lonely as before with her by my side. I looked and see them

Tia looked up with a start, stared past Jack at Will. A wide, lascivious grin spread across her face. She stalked toward them. Jack first thought the smile was for him, but realized, unbelievably, she's focused on Will.

She reached a hand to Will's face, and stared into his eyes. "You have a touch of destiny in you, William Turner."

"You know me?" He questioned.

She grinned. "You wish to know me."

Jack interrupted. "There will be no knowing here. We came here for help." He ushered Tia back toward the table.

Jack looked at her surprised. "I thought I knew you.

"Not so well as I had hoped." She smiled.

Jack looked at her speculatively. Did he think he had a shot woth her? She settled at the table, pulling Will to a sitting position close beside her. Maybe a little too close.

"Asking for help does not sound like
Jack Sparrow." She raised her brow.

"It's not so much for me, as for
William, so he can earn a favor
from me." He confirmed.

"Now that sounds like Jack Sparrow." She smiled and turned to Will.
"What service may I do you? You
know I demand payment." She stated.

He smirked. "I brought payment!"

Jack lifted the object from the Pintel, unveiling it, a cage, and trapped inside, the screeching monkey of Barbossa's. Jack shot it. The Monkey took the bullet, and glared at Jack.
