When you are done
Will you throw me away
Like the flowers of the autumn graveyard?
Will you leave me to rot,
Alone with my thoughts
To drown in ceaseless rain?
Will you leave me to freeze
In the cold winter breeze
As my days of beauty wane?
Here I will wait
For the ground to create
My final bed to sleep
My petals will fall
Blown by the wind's call
Alone in the autumn graveyard.
