Sup, its me, Percy. Yep, THE Perseus Jackson. Poseidon asked me to tell this story of how life is as a God, to help 'guide' other gods for eons to come, so here goes. Just keep in mind that I'm doing this only 'coz dad tricked me to swear an oath on the styx to write the book, and the fact that as his lieutenant, I've gotta listen to his orders.

I'm sure you've read the stories about me circulating in the mortal world, so
I ain't getting into that all over again, coz a guy named Rick has taken care of that. There's just one difference, though. He did not know how we defeated Queen Dirt Face. This is what happened.

My one stupid nosebleed had led to th rise of Gaea, the Earth Mother. She had decided to attack Camp first, so Uncle Drama (Zeus, of course,😁) spiked the Argo II back to Long Island. He decided that it would be the fastest way to get us back there to help.

When we got there, Leo yelled, "Go, Go, Go!" Frank turned into a massive dragon and snatched up me and Anna beth in his claws. He flew us down to the battle, while Jason flew down with Piper like a Blond Superman.

We were reunited with the forces of Camp Half-Blood. "Prissy!" I heard Clarisse yell. "Good to see ya, Jackson" that was the Stolls. I grinned at all of them. "Hi guys! I'm happy to be here, but can we have the greetings later, coz there's a war going on?" When they agreed, I yelled, "GREEKS!" (I wanted to sound cool like Reyna and Frank who were giving orders in Latin to the Romans, but failed miserably.) "Ummm..LET'S KILL STUFF! CHAAAARGEE!" I yelled.

Screaming like banshees, we attacked. I was exhausted from the fight with the giants, but the love I had for all the idiots fighting with me kept me going. I slashed, hacked and stabbed my way through the monster army. I was feeling just a little better, and having a little hope that we might make it when it happened.

Queen Dirt Face showed up. The whole battlefield turned to slush, and demigods and monsters alike sunk into the mire until they were buried up to their waists. I tried to leech the moisture from the mud to make it solid again, but somehow, the water did not obey me.

Just then, I heard a scream. I recognized it, and my heart stopped. I struggled to turn around in the mire. Wise Girl had bitten off more than she could chew. She's somehow escaped the slush and had tried to attack Gaea.

My mouth was open in shock. I was the one who usually did the stupid acts of challenging much more powerful beings to get us out of trouble. Ares, Atlas, Antaeus, Akhyls, Kronos, Chyrasor, I've lost count. But Annabeth? She knew better than to attack Gaea single handed without backup.

Gaea looked pleased to see her. "Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena. I must thank you and that sea scum for helping me rise." She grabbed Wise Girl by the neck. "And now, I must repay the favor, Chase." She lifted her hand, and a spear of dirt formed. I struggled desperately to free myself. I must get free, I must save my girlfriend. I managed to dislodge some earth, which seemed to attract Gaea's attention. She looked up.

"aah! Perseus Jackson! The one who killed my son! Hero of Olympus, the greatest hero who ever lived!" she mocked, while coming towards me and dragging Annabeth behind her. "You have caused me great trouble, demigod." She hissed. "You shall suffer greatly before you die. Now watch!"

She lifted Annabeth up by her neck, and was slowly strangling her. Despite the pain, Annabeth managed to gasp," I love you, Sea-weed Brain" Enraged, Gaea stabbed her with a spear until the ground was slick with her blood. I was forced to watch, helpless, as the light slowly left her eyes. Gaea suddenly stabbed her through her sternum, and cackled evilly. "She is the first and will definitely not be the last. You, Perseus, will have the pleasure of watching all of them die before you can join them. "

She turned around, and snapped her fingers, dropping a limp Annabeth next to me. All the monsters were freed. "Mother tells you to have fun, kids." She said, before making her way over to Jason.

"Per-Percy," I heard Annabeth rasp. "Don't ruin the rest of your life mourning me. F-find someone else who can help you. But promise me this, that you shall always protect them. Don't let them become like Luke, or E-Ethan."

with tears in my eyes, I swore an oath on the Styx. "Annabeth, I swear on the River Styx that I shall protect them for as long as I can." I knew she was talking of the young demigods who went astray when they were not claimed. I didn't know how I would protect them, but I would.

She smiled, and her eyes glassed over and her head slumped. She was truly gone. My heart shattered into a billion pieces at first, but then, all I felt was rage. I had to destroy the one who had done this to her.

I don't remember what had really happened, all I recall was absolute anger and not an ounce of fatigue. The others tell me that I leapt out of the mud, reaching twenty feet into the air. There, my eyes started to glow green, and a tornado started forming around me. Hailstones formed out of nowhere and pelted the monsters. Rain lashed the ground in sheets, carrying away the mud and freeing the demigods. The earth heaved up and down, and large cracks appeared on the surface.

Gaea looked at me. I could see the slightest hint of apprehension in her eyes. "Well, Perseus, you are stronger than I thought, but you still cannot beat me, a Primordial!" She roared, before attacking me.

The tornado ripped at her form made of mud, weakening her. We engaged in a battle in mid-air. I concentrated on putting all my anger on strengthening the storm, and left the small, rational part of my brain to deal with the battle. Swipe, feint, block, stab, I went on and on.

Gaea looked scared now, when my storm showed no signs of abating, and me still going as strong as ever.
Percy, m'boy I know that you wish for revenge, but end it now, or else your power shall rip the ground apart. Please, my son.
That had been my Dad, Poseidon speaking in my head. I understood, and disarmed Gaea using the very first move I learnt from Luke all those years ago. Then, I stabbed her through the heart. I watched as my tornado ripped her form apart until she was nothing but dust.

I then focused the tornado on the monsters. Within minutes, only the demigods were left. Suddenly, I felt completely drained. All the power I had felt was gone. I lost control, and fell out of the sky. Thankfully, Jason controlled the winds to bring me down slowly. I reached the ground, and saw a fuzzy image of a lot of people running up to me, before everything went black.

I've been working on a new book, Just A Normal Kid. It's about a girl called Rosie and how her life turns upside down when she meets Tony Stark, and later the Avengers. It's there on my profile, WordWiz777)
