I wasn't able to document this as soon as I woke up, but I remember it fairly well.
Ok so it was like the Pokemon world, but some characters from Frozen were there too, specifically Elsa. My family and I were captured by team Rocket, although they treated us kindly/civilly, and we got to meet Giovanni personally. He took us on a little tour of the building we were in, a big skyscraper, and he planned to try to get info on Mewtwo from us because apparently we had that info. But then I saw Mewtwo flying by past the window, and then we were taken to a big hanger room with a message on the wall. It was a riddle left by Mewtwo and Giovanni wanted us to solve it. I forget what it said, but in the dream I figured out that it meant there were bombs in the building and I screamed that out minutes before they exploded, and then everyone started evacuating/escaping.
As we were escaping, Giovanni and I were separated from the group and I had to carry him out after he was knocked unconscious from getting caught in a blast. Everyone got outside before the whole building got destroyed. Then we all got corralled into this courtyard area with those separators you see in lines for theme park rides, and Elsa made a new skyscraper for everyone for lost their homes to live in, all while singing an altered version of Let It Go, like the same melody but different lyrics. She used magic flying carpets that split apart into multiples to get the ice up higher, and then the carpets would rub against parts of the building and turn those parts pink. Lipstick pink.
Then there was a part where this mayor dude gave a speech about this foster kid, but that part didn't last long because Mewtwo was back! He flew down to where I was and asked why I saved Giovanni. I answered that I didn't want to let people get hurt when I could help them.
And then I woke up.
