Title: "I Am Fate"
Author: Aun (me)
Source: My Imagination
Type: FictionIt was mid-winter, and I'd literally just been hit with a snowball when it had all began.
"Hey!" I yelled back at August; one of my many friends.
We were outside having a huge snowball fight, despite the fact that no one had given us permission to do so, as apparently, once you get snow and form a tight rigid snowball out of it you have just compacted the snow used completely, and now that snow wasn't even snow anymore - it was compacted snow, also known as ice. So technically the whole thing should be call ice-balling, but I guess that just sounds too weird.
There were thee of us now, as most of our friends had to go home.
It was now just me, August and Marco left on the streets...alone.
It was getting dark, and the short winter day was fading its way to its end.
"Cole! August! Marco! Come inside now!" I heard my mom yell from the distance.
We all glanced at each other just as Marco was hit in the face with a snowball.
"Ouch! Hey, that wasn't even fair - we're supposed to be finished!" He yelled at August who had thrown it.
As we were all making our way back in, Marco suddenly threw a surprise snowball for the back of August's head, and it hit him perfectly.
August turned around, looked at Marco and then winked. - That's when I knew that they were both going to team up on me, because I was swifter than the both of them and hadn't been hit as much as a result.
My eyes widened, as I ran for it as we all screamed in laughter, but then it happened.
I slipped, just as I was seconds away from the front lawn of my house.
I'd slipped on ice, my head banging against it hardly, as everyone's cries faded away into nothingness.
It was all because of that stupid snowball fight.
All because of that day, I had passed out and had accidentally projected my spirit form into another dimension.
At first, I didn't believe that dimensional stuff - I thought it was a buck of fictional baloney.
All until, I realised that throughout my childhood, I had been psychologically sensitive but didn't tell anyone.
I'd just recently realised that I was in fact a psychic.
I was gifted.
But as a awoke again from unconsciousness, I realised that I had accidentally done it. I had transported my spiritual body to another dimension and I was trapped there.
I looked around me in panic as I found myself lying on the snowy ground looking up at the sky - which was a strange-looking plain white. What was even more weird was that the snow all around me was...oddly warm.
Everything felt fuzzy and dream like. I picked myself up off the pale ground and looked around - only to find a tall towering man who seemed like he had a lot of authority over everything, looking over me and looking down on me as though I were of less significance.
"Greetings, Young one, and what part will you play?" The man said through his elegant golden helmet, his amber eyes glaring into mine.
He seemed to have spoken through two different voices at once, as though he was either inhuman or purposefully masking his voice to disguise his identity.
