Halloween Mischief

The Beginning

        “Guess what?!”

            “Yip!” Ciel jumped in his seat and hit his knees against the wood desk. “Ouch!” He rubbed his sore knees and glared at his guest. “Where did you come from?” He asked with a scowl. Lily smiled brightly at him and skipped over to him.

            “Guess what though!” He sighed.

            “Fine. What?”

            “No. You have to guess.” Lily leaned against his desk and tried to sneak a peek at his papers. He scowled and quickly piled them away from her.

            “You’re annoying?” She rolled her eyes, but didn’t comment and shook her head. “Sam's annoying?” She snorted, but shook her head again. “You’re here to annoy me?” She paused mid-shake and thought about it. Then she shook her head again. Ciel threw his arms into the air. “I give up. Just tell me.” She bounced a few times in place and then took his chair and spun it. “WAHH!!”

            “It’s fall! Finally!” She shouted in glee, ignoring the fact that there was a small child spinning out of control next to her. “The leaves are changing color, the weather is getting cooler, and best of all….Halloween is coming!” She stopped his chair, only to spin it violently the other way.

            “ACK!! STOP!”

            “Not until you celebrate fall with me!” Lily giggled over his yells.

            “FINE!”

            “And it has to be everyone, not just you. ‘Cause then it wouldn’t be fun!” She sang as she leaned against his desk and watched him spin.

            “ARGH, FINE!!”

            “Cool, see you later!” And with that, she skipped out of the room.

        "W-WAIT!! COME BACK!!!"
