“It’s Friday! Friday!” Sebastian sang as he pranced through Soma’s hallways. Ciel groaned when he caught a glance of his dancing butler through the dinning room doorway.

“Great. Not only do I have an over decorated summer house, I have an over happy demon dancing through the halls.” He grumbled. “They officially broke my butler.”

“Well, just think that it’s all going to be over today.” Soma smiled over his curry lunch.

“I really hope so.” Ciel sighed and sipped his tea. That was soon dropped in surprise when the siblings appeared behind his chair.

            “Happy Halloween!!” They shouted.

“What do you want?” Ciel huffed as he tried to wipe his clothes clean. Soma was also trying to wipe his curry off his shirt while trying to calm his heartbeat.

“Let’s go trick-or-treating tonight!” Lily squealed. Ciel scowled at them, but was interrupted by Soma.

            “Ooh! What’s that?”

“It when people go door to door dressed up in costumes and ask for candy! It’s great!” Sam laughed. She pushed her bucket of candy towards the purple-haired prince. “See? We’ve already gotten this much!” Soma’s eyes widened considerably.

“Yes! We must to the treat-of-tricks! Oh, Ciel! Please?” He begged his tiny friend, who was glaring at the sisters. After glaring for a few more minutes, he sighed loudly.

“Fine! Only if you promise, no more Halloween decorations!!” He shouted the last part at Lily, who smirked.

“No more Halloween decorations. Cross my heart and hope to die.”

LATER

“I got so much candy!!” Soma squealed as he tugged his stuffed pillowcase to the game room. Peasant feathers littered the floor behind him as his bird costume slowly came apart. He didn’t mind though, considering he and the others had to sort through their candy!

“Yeah, great.” Ciel the blue cat almost growled as he stomped into the room. Behind him, Sebastian carried both of their pillowcases that were overflowing with candy. Sebastian didn’t even mind the fact that his costume was a dog; he was too busy adoring kitten Ciel. Agni snickered at his friends’ excitement as he also brought his bag into the room. Finny, Bart, Mey Rin and Tanaka all ran into the room with their stash, ignoring the small sequins flying off of their costumes.

“Let’s get this party started!” Lily sang as she hopped onto the carpet in front of the fireplace. There she took off her death mask, put her skull scythe down and dumped her candy all over the floor.

“I call your Reese’s pieces!” Sam shouted as she plopped across from her sister. There she took off her white veil and started sorting through her pile of candy.

“Ooh! Chocolate bars! I’ll trade you my Smarties’s for that one!” Ciel suddenly pounced on a candy bar from Lily's stock. Not even acknowledging his change of attitude, the older girl agreed to the trade. Soon everyone was shuffling through their candy and trading with each other.

LATER

“That was…pretty fun. I guess.” Ciel quietly admitted as he let Lily and Sam out the door. Soma and Agni had already left for bed, along with the three servants. Only Sebastian and Ciel were still up, and Ciel was barely standing straight.

“Haha, go to sleep kiddo. You look like you’re about to fall.” Lily ruffled the child’s hair. He was too tired to protest, and so with a final wave the two sisters left for the night.

In the morning…

“Hmm…well they did say no Halloween decorations.” Sebastian grudgingly admitted when they saw the house littered with red, yellow and orange leaves.

“Y-y-you’re kidding me.” Ciel stammered as he watched a lone turkey run around in circles before them.
