Chapter 5

Hey guys

so heres this weeks update finally. i have exams this week (so nervous) and ive been studying but after they are finished i will try to update twice a week. yay. i hope you enjoy this chapter and ive started to write the chapters a lot longer so lets hope that lasts so enjoy. note that there is a POV change :)

CHAPTER 5

I had just got home and I am now packing all my boxes from my room into my car to move to my new house with Connor. It's on the edge of town.

I twirled round my room that I have grown up in remembering all the great memories I’ve had in this room right here. The tears, the laughs the everything but now I'm being made to move away.

“Thats everything I think,” I said to myself as I plopped myself down on my bed. It looked so empty. I sighed, stood up and took the very last box down and plopped it on the passenger seat in my car, put the address in my GPS and put my keys in and started driving towards my future I guess you could say. 

After about 10 minutes of driving, over my loud radio pumping what the hell by Avril Lavigne i managed to hear the woman’s squeaky voice on my GPS finally say “Turn right in 500 meters and you have reached your destination.”

I gasped at my new house of where I will be living for the next few years or even the rest of my life I guess.

As I drove up the concreted driveway I noticed that there were gorgeous gardens all the way up driveway and all around the house. The lawns were a very green and cut short and as I drove up to the front door I noticed a huge fountain in the middle, I don’t know how I didn’t notice it before but it just makes everything look twice as good.

I opened my car door jumped out and shut it. Dad gave me a key to get in before I left so I could open the door but he said that Connor should be here, so I went up and knocked on the door.

I heard footsteps coming towards the door and it suddenly revealed the nerd himself, connor. He had his light brown hair ruffed up a bit,his glasses had disappeared, he wore a pair of skinny jean shorts and a white t-shirt which you could see through and boy did he had a good body. He actually had a 6 pack and on his feet were a pair of black converse. He actually looked normal.

Connors POV

I’m lying on my bed reading my Favourite book ‘I am number 4’ for the 5th time. I had been told that Zoe would be here anytime soon and i had already unpacked my stuff in a medium, white 4 poster wall room with a balcony and en suite.

I left the bigger rooms for Zoe to choose from because i don't have much stuff and i think zoe might like more room to herself.

So why not take this free time to read my favourite book another time. As i was about to start chapter 5 i hear the doorbell ring echo through the house.

I got up from my bed and made my way down the stairs and to the front door. I opened it and standing there was Zoe.

Her natural browny blond hair had been straightened and was now lying on her shoulders, she was wearing black shorts with white pineapples on them and a black singlet and black converse as well and me.

I noticed she was staring at my chest, i started to feel really uncomfortable with my choice of clothing today.

“umm hi” i managed to squeak out to direct her eyes to mine. Well come on, i am the most nerdiest kid at our school and i am currently engaged to one of the most popular girls at school, why shouldn't i feel uncomfortable.
