"Ah, Master Bruce. I wondered if you would be joining us for dinner today." Alfred said as he walked into the dining room, setting his briefcase down on the kitchen counter as he passed.

"Hello father." Damian said, stabbing at his meatloaf.

"Hello everyone." Bruce said, though not everyone was paying attention to him. Adelaide was whispering something to Dabria and Dabria looked like she was trying not to laugh as Alfred set down a plate of food in front of her. Bruce didnt want to ruin their mood but he knew he had to tell them. Tim could feel the bad news wafting through the air. "Girls." Bruce said. The two looked up.

"Oh, hey Bruce. What's up." Dabria asked with a smile. He smiled back lightly.

"I would like to talk to you girls after dinner if that's okay." Dabria's smile fell and she looked down at Adelaide who stared up at Dabria with concern.

"This isn't about Tim and I sneaking out is it?" Bruce shook his head.

"You snuck out?" Adelaide whispered to her. Dabria blushed red and Tim watched Damian smirk.

"Just... Tell us now please then. I dont want to sit through dinner stressed out." Dabria murmured. Bruce nodded.

"I found a home for Adelaide. I can discuss this more with you both later."

"Can I meet them?" Dabria asked. Bruce smiled.

"I've informed them of your... Unique situation. They're more than happy to meet you Dabria." Dabria nodded and took a deep breath.

"Okay, thank you Bruce." Adelaide grabbed Dabria's arm and leaned against the older girl. Dabria smiled down at her and ruffled Adelaide's hair, making her laugh.

"Are we going out on patrol tonight father?" Damian asked.

"We do not discuss our nightly crusades at the dinner table." Alfred interupted, setting down a glass of water next to him.
