As the morning dew great the fresh grass, and as the sun's light reach the windows. A girl with silk like hair walked around the mansion. Coming to the conclusion that it's still too early for anyone to be awake. She decides to sneakily crack open the doors and tiptoe to the mansion's garden. A new habit of hers, was to climb trees. More specifically, when the sunsets so she could view the beautiful scenery.

She continued walking, occasionally halting to sniff some flowers. When she finally found the perfect tree. "This is it!" Her eyes glowed with anticipation. She began to climb the tree, and soon was able to sit comfortably on one of the branches. She scanned the area, marveling at the slight. "The view really is amazing."

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Recalling what might happen if one of the servants spot her and then snitch on her to the duke and duchess. She shuddered at the thought. Quickly getting off the tree. She landed safely on the ground, and dusted her dress. Before going back inside the banner, to collapse in her bed.

"Young Miss, it's time to get ready" Victoria woke up to see one of the maids. She unknowingly tilted her head in a cute manner, making the maids fan girl about how cute their young lady is. She told the child that her mother and father were waiting for her in the dining hall. Victoria nodded, allowing the maids to change her out of her night attire.

She glanced to see her reflection on the mirror. The dress that the maids choose was a pink shoulder less one. With white details, and a few ruffles. Victoria progressed to the dining room where she saw her family waiting for her. She smiled at them, resulting into two proud parents internally thanking their beautiful genetics and a brother who became shy at the presence of his sister.

She smirked, 'I am rather cute, aren't I?' She greeted them politely before going to one of the seats. "Good morning Angel." Her father greeted. While her mother helped Victoria cut her steak. William had his head down, not daring to look into her eyes. "g-good morning s-sister."

Breakfast went on, with the duke and duchess talking about politics. While Victoria tried to make conversation with William who was having trouble speaking without stuttering. "Sweetheart, go play with your brother outside me and papa have something important to discuss." Her mother said gently.

"Sure! Let's go Will!" grabbing his hand and leading him towards the garden. The two played for hours, read books and ate some snacks at the gazebo. Soon enough they were told by one of the maids that their father was beckoning them to his office.

William was happy, an airy feeling taking over him. He liked this, he liked his new family. Everything, every single thing was perfect. His brothers in the past never treated him with this much affection. Never would he imagine playing around with his sibling so carelessly, so free.

A maid soon entered the garden and beckoned the two to return inside. She lead them to the duke's office and William's face immediately changed from happy to startled. Two children sharing similar features, blush pink hair and amethyst eyes stared back at the two. The boy in particular, his eyes never left Victoria's.

Victoria was in mental shock. She stared at the boy in bewilderment. It was Matthew, one of the main characters. Her eyes narrowed at his figure, he's still a child now, but he did terrible things to Victoria once they got older. She then remembered the other kid in the room, Maria. She was one of Victoria's followers, always by the girl's side as she tormented the heroine.

She felt a tug on her dress, looking back, she met the glaring eyes of William. "What is is Will?"

"Who are they?" He didn't even try to hide his distaste to their presence.

"I'm not sure, papa?" The man stood up from his desk and smiled.

"My good friend the marquis had some urgent business to attend to at the palace. He wanted to give his children a play date so he decided to drop them off here. I'm sure you both can help accommodate our guests?" Victoria paused for a bit, and smile at the two's direction catching them off guard.

"It would be my pleasure, right Will?" The boy remained silent.

"...yes, an honor indeed."

The group soon ventured to the dukedom's garden. William and Matthew walking behind while their sisters took the lead. "Victoria have I told you you're very pretty?" Maria asked while clutching onto the girls arm.

She nervously laughed. "Yes." About a hundred times now.

"Hm, well I want to say it again, truly, I haven't seen anyone as beautiful as you." Victoria never knew this was how Maria acted. Usually she would just be behind Victoria and would rarely speak, she even pitied the voice actress for the small lines she was given. She never would've expected the girl to be this talkative.

"Then I'll say my thanks again." She smiled.

Maria shared the same sentiment, before looking back. "Your brother was glaring at Matthew a while ago."

Victoria sweat dropped. "Oh really? Do you perhaps have an idea why?" Silence.

"Maybe he's jealous."

The whitenette almost choked. Jealous? William? That's a first.

Never would she think that William would be jealous, however she is trying to change the course of the story.

She laughed looking back at the two who seemed to be having a very heated conversation. "Maybe. Oh! But your brother does seem to be an interesting character. It has been just a few minutes but they already look to have a close friendship."

Maria rolled her eyes at the mention of her brother. "Yes, he is... interesting." Her eyes then widened before a smirk reached her face.

"But do you know what is even more interesting?" This received a curious hum.

"The fact the whole time when your father was talking... his face was red while staring at you."
