" We got scent about a mile east of forks."
It was the afternoon and the pack was standing with the Cullens.
"It was a different smell, definitely vampire but it smelt like they just got done working on a car." Emmett was the one who smelt it, him and Rosalie were hunting when he smelt it.
"So whoever they are there's a chance they could have her?"
"It's slim." Carlisle said, " but it's still a possibility."
" So where is she then?" Evelyn asked
Alice shook her head before hesitating,"I haven't seen anything but we're trying I've been getting snippets there just not long enough for me to understand."
Evelyn nodded before looking away. It was getting hard knowing that Claire was out there on her own. Evelyn knew once she saw Claire she was not letting go of her
" Are you still running patrols?" Sam asked the Cullens had decided to have their own patrols since Claire went missing so there could be extra eyes on watch.
"Yes. And you?"
" We got Quil and Embry going for the next few hours."
" Alright well call if anyone gets anything ok?"
Everyone nodded before dispersing.
