I wake up to sunlight streaming through my window.
As I rub the sleep off my eyes I could feel that Nate was here in my room.
His scent lingered in the air.

Excited I sit on my bed looking around!
He must have come to say goodbye before he left for the city!

Atlast things have changed for good! Nate and I have finally cleared our misunderstandings and I am happy that we are back together!

I suddenly remember the kiss we shared yesterday night in the forrest, that was hell of a kiss!

I am happy for us but still something itches in my brain.
The death of my parents three years ago all because Casper couldn't see my mom happy with my dad!
Because of his jealousy he just killed my entire family, so sick!

If Nate wouldn't have killed him I would have killed him myself.

I sigh and push the thoughts in the back of my mind and get up from bed.

I miss him already!

I reach for my phone kept on my bedside table to find a note besides it.

I blush when I read the note.

Who would have thought that such a powerful lycan is a softie by heart!

I freshen up wearing white shorts and a crop top pulling my hair into a messy bun.

Maybe I will go spend time with Jen, I am sure she must have heard what happened in the prison cell with Casper and will be worried. I wanna tell her about Nate too.

I walk around the pack house and turn towards the direction of Jen's room I bump into a solid wall.
I look up to see Tom staring at me with widened eyes.

He quickly hides his expression replacing it with a small smile.

"Tom...what are you doing here?" I ask confused.

"Uhm...I was actually searching for you."

"Why? Aren't you supposed to be out with Nate?"

"Yes but his Highness left me here all alone!" He pouts at me and I laugh seeing his expression!

"Doesn't he needs your help witht he rogues?"

"Trust me, he never needs help, he can deal with anyone even in human form. And he told me to stay here and report if anything happens.... So muffin! what are you gonna do today?" He beams at me.

"Why?"

"Just asking...."

"Don't tell me you are gonna follow me all day!" I narrow my eyes at him.

"He left me here for you. Do you think he will leave you alone without any protection?"

I roll my eyes.

"You know..after how I was kidnapped last time, I am not so dumb to leave the pack boundaries! So my friend, you don't have to babysit me. You can go relax or do whatever you wanna do!"

"But..." He starts but get interrupted when Jen bumps into his back.

"Ouch..." She rubs her forehead and looks up to see Tom and me.

She looks as if she was caught in some tornado with all messed up hair and clothes. Wait...why is she looking like that?

"L..lia! I was coming to to your room! Lets go and have breakfast! I can smell those delicious pancakes from up here!" She jumps like a kid.
