"i gotta go, e" you giggled, trying to gently push a sleepy ethan off of you.

you had to go back to your apartment and get a good nights sleep, not to mention change your clothes, since the weekend was over and you'd have to go back to work tomorrow.

you would always dread this part of the week, hating leaving your boyfriend and waiting until specific days after work when you can see him and not have a pile of paperwork waiting for you.

ethan's hands gripped your hips tighter, throwing a leg over your body and snuggling his face into your neck.

he was always so fussy in the morning, hating when anyone would wake him up from his slumber. especially grayson.

and he would also hate when you would wake him up because you had to leave.

"no you don't." he mumbled, and even if you couldn't see him you knew he had his grumpy face on. pouty lips, furrowed brows.

sure ethan dolan was this huge, muscular, fine piece of ass. but what people didn't know was how soft he was, he was like a big teddy bear.

he was so big he almost didn't realize it, his innocence getting in the way of it. so the least anyone, and you, would expect was to see this cuddly side of ethan. so pure.

you ran your hands through his hair softly, tilting your head to rest your cheek on his head. "yeah i do baby, i'm sorry." you said quietly, enjoying the feeling of being with ethan peacefully before you had to leave.

ethan lifts up his head slightly, showing you his puffy morning face and the cutest pout ever with messy strands of hair falling onto his forehead.

"don't want you to leave." ethan argued with a raspy and deep morning voice, furrowing his brows. you let your hand go up to push the fallen strands of hair off of his forehead.

leaning in, you kiss the side of his lips before looking into his beautiful green-brown orbs.

"i don't want to leave either, s'not up to me bub." you admit and sigh, moving your thumb to his cheek and stopping running your hand through his hair momentarily.

you saw ethan go quiet and purse his lips, almost as if he was stopping himself from saying something. he looked away from your eyes before making eye contact again, then breaking it to play with your hair.

"then, um, what if you- uh, don't leave?" ethan mustered up all of his courage to ask you, making you confused. his fingers messily braid a part of your hair and you could tell he didn't want to look at you.

you sat up a bit and ethan slightly hovered over your body, making you look up to see his face.

"what? i have to e, i have work-"

"no- i mean, what if you don't have to go back to get your clothes again.." he stops and his eyes meet yours, "..because all of your stuff was here."

"well that's stupid, i'll just be going back and forth all the time-"

"goddammit y/n, what if you understand what i'm saying and move in with me!" ethan blurts out, getting frustrated that you couldn't take a hint.

your eyes widen and immediately butterflies fill your stomach. "a-are you being serious?" you asked him, biting your lip to hide your large grin, too much excitement running through your veins.

ethan smiles, letting his body rest on your almost as if he was straddling you, and leans his face closer to yours. "one hundred percent, can't bear not waking up to your face everyday next to me, because i love you and i miss you so much when you leave for work."

his large hand goes to cup your cheek, the other one toying with the end of your shirt, sliding up to rest on your stomach. his eyes scan your face, waiting for an answer.

"okay." you say excitedly, the grin of a cheshire cat on your face as ethan replaces his nervous face with a happy one.

the smiley boy in front of you crashes his body on top of yours making you squeal, hugging you tight. "sleepover!" ethan yells, causing you to giggle. you couldn't even begin to explain how excited you were.
