Yesss I know that I haven't been updating at all and I am sorry. But here's this bc I'm on break and I can write now yeet.

I was so tired. I had been cleaning the hotel all day and hadn't given myself a break. When I had finally finished cleaning, I decided to go lay down in my room.

I opened my room door and flung my cleaning supplies on the ground.  I sighed as I sat down on my hard bed and start taking off my shoes. I laid down and shut my eyes. I was still in my day clothes, yes, but I was so tired at this point, it didn't matter. I just needed rest.

I slowly drifted to sleep to the sound of the night time traffic and the soft fall breeze coming through my cracked window. The room was definitely not the best in the place, but at the same time, I liked it. As soon as you walked into the room, you could feel all the souls of all the people that died here before, but that's what made it nice. It had history. The whole hotel did but, it was this room. Room 64. It had so much weight to it.

I opened my eyes to the feeling of someone taking off my shirt. I instantly looked up to see James, standing above me. He had a serious look on his face as he undressed me.

I screamed and pulled my shirt away from his hands.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING JAMES???" I said wiping my eyes of tiredness.

James scoffed and grabbed my shirt again taking it off.

"I was simply just helping you get comfortable dear. Nothing too perverted,"  he said putting one of my big pajama shirts on me.

I sat there with my eyes and mouth open wide. He was just acting like this was the most normal thing in the world. He slid off my khakis and then patted my leg.

"Dear. Doesn't that feel better?" he said smiling softly at me.

I nodded and relaxed again. I got back under the covers and shut my eyes.

"Thank you, James," I said yawning.

James lifted up the other side of the covers and got in next to me.

     "You're very welcome,"

I couldn't help but smile at him. He was always treating me harshly so this was new. I knew he always had a soft spot for me, everyone knew that. He did make me clean a lot, but at the same time, he would make sure I got enough sleep and was well taken care of. I was still living and he knew it was different for me.

I turned over and looked at him. Our eyes locked and we gave each either a small smile. I placed my hand on the side of his face and brushed my thumb accross his cheekbone. His eyes grew a bit wider with the touch of my hand. He pulled me closer to him. His hand rested on my waist as our chests touched.  I couldn't help but get a bit flustered at his motions.

He started rubbing circles around my hipbone. I opened my mouth a bit and my eyes slowly started closing again. This moment was so sweet. I never wanted to wake from this dream. I loved this feeling of out heartbeats touching and our eyes lingering on each other's lips. I never wanted this to end.

James slowly leaned down and planted a light kiss on my lips. I shut my eyes as he rested his lips on mine.

When he pulled away, I opened my eyes to see the look on his face. It was filled with lust. I smiled at him before closing my eyes once again.

"Goodnight James," I said taking a deep breath in and out.

     "Goodnight my dear."
