Brooklyn moore
October 14"Kaila do you need help with your hair?" I asked as I watched her struggle to fix it in the bathroom
"Yes please" she mumbled putting the brush down
I just put it in a ponytail and put curls in it
"Your brother will be here in a few did you want any breakfast before school?"
"No I'll pass"
My parents had already left for work so it was just me and kaila here
"Do you have a phone kaila?" I looked over at her as she shook her head no
"Okay well grab your things we gonna wait for him in my car" I told her as she grabbed her clothing bag and her school bag
"You can leave your clothes here boo"
Walking down the steps kaila followed behind me as I left the house locking the door
"Do you have lipgloss?" I asked her as she shook her head no
Digging in my purse I grabbed some lipgloss I has a thousand pair so I let her keep one
It was now 8:15 and I wasn't able to wait any longer for kacey , kaila has to be at school by 8:45 and I had to be there by 9:15
"Okay your brother is running late so I'm just gonna meet him at school"
"Okay am I coming back to your house after school?" She asked as I backed out of my driveway
"I'm not sure I'll have to talk to kacey"
"What school do you go to so I can put it in the gps"
"Northfolk high"
Putting in my gps it was only 15 minutes away so she'd still be on time
On the way there we listened to summer walkers playing game which I found out was one of her favorite songs
Arriving at her school I pulled a twenty out giving it to her just Incase she wanted a snack or something
"Here's my number kaila call me if you need anything just use the school phone" I told her as she got out the car
"Thank you for everything Brooklyn "
After making sure she made it into the school safely I pulled of making my way to my school
Lord knows I was ready to graduate I couldn't keep coming here every single day it was draining
Pulling into my school parking lot I parked in my normal space before getting out of the car making my way in
"Goodmorning principal hunt" I smiled waving making my way to my first period class
