"Kacey did you really go buy me this expensive laptop" she said looking at her rose gold MacBook
"Sure did" I laughed as she continued opening the rest of her gifts

"I also got you something " she smiled going around the tree to get the gift
"How you get money for this?" I asked shaking it trying to figure out what it was
"Brook helped me out" she spoke as I opened it revealing a Pair of Jordan 1's
Ain't no way brook done dropped this type of money on me after the way I treated her

It had been about 4 days since I talked to her and I was missing her like crazy
And knowing she was by herself on Christmas made it worst

Jogging down to Brooklyn house I knocked on her door and waited for her to answer it but she never came
Pulling out my phone I FaceTimed her but she didn't answer FaceTiming her again I waited for it to connect
"Hello" she laughed pushing somebody in the backseat
"Yo who is that nigga you with" I asked looking at him in the back as he mushed her head making her bust out laughing

"You pretty happy ain't you?" I asked smiling happy that she was happy
"Of course I am it's Christmas"
"I just wanted to thank you for the Christmas gift"
"No problem after all we are bestfriends right?" She asked as I nodded confused cause just a couple days ago she wanted to be more than friends
"I can tell by the way you look you wanna day something so just say it" she said as I smirked
"I'll talk to you about it when you get back , ima text you ight?" I said as she nodded before hanging up
Making my way back to the house Kaila was sitting on the couch with her phone in her hand
"Kacey Is it okay if I go over joe house later" She asked as I twisted my lips thinking about it
"Uh.....yeah?" I said unsure scratching my head
"What you want to eat"
"Seafood" she said as my phone pinged from Jada telling me merry Christmas
