Chapter 12

Today is my wedding, and I'm so not ready for it. I have asked Dimitri about what his plan is, but he refuses to tell me which is driving me up a wall. I haven't seen him all morning, but I guess that's how a wedding goes with the groom hidden from the bride.

I picked my dress out, and it was a beautiful silver, mermaid dress with a high neck, long sleeves with beading all threw out the dress. It had a train which had beading going down behind me then at the very end of the train, and it was on a tan lace.

I love the dress, and I would hate to see the price tag, but of course, Ivan hid it from me when we went and looked at them. My baby isn't even visible yet, which made picking a dress out fast much easier then I thought. The doctor said the baby and I wherein good health yesterday, which is also good.

"You ready for your dress Miss."

I turned to the women and said: "Ummmm....yeah, of course."

I walked over and sliced the dress over my head, and got dressed. This dress is a bitch to put on. I'm glad I only have one wedding. Once it was on, she said, "Makeup miss."

"No makeup, and I can do my hair."

She shook her hair and left me to finish. I brushed my hair out and did it half up and half down so I could clip the veil in. Once I was done, I walked out and saw Ivan with the veil in hand. He put it in my hair and said: "You look beautiful, Luna."

"Thank you. Is everything ready."

"Yes, it is."

He looked at his watch and said: "Go time, Luna, you ready."

"As long as I have a normal wedding, yes."

He just smiled, meaning I won't be having a traditional wedding. Ivan is leading me down the aisle, being I have no one else to walk me down, so he hooks my arm and leads me outside the room to the church. It was finally my turn to walk down, making me take a very deep breath and look at Ivan, who said: "You will be fine, I promise."

I shook my head, and we walked down to Dimitri, who looked me up and down with a smile on his face. He never looked away from me as I've handed me over to him. Once in front of the priest, I whispered: "Why so many people."

"My family."

I looked at him making him smiled as the priest said: "Repeat after me I Dimitri, take you, Luna, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part."

The priest turned to me and said "Repeat after me "I, Luna, take you, Dimitri, to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part."
