The plane shook from turbulence, as Jackal shifted uncomfortably in his seat next to Mira. He hated flying. 'If humans were meant to fly, they'd be born with wings!' he thought. He still was not fully sure how to feel about this. A normal day of training, then the moment he gets back from his 3 kilometre run, he gets a job offer for a team of specialised individuals. He accepts, along with Elena, and before he knows it he's on a plane to England.
The plane landed, and with that, Jackal was out of his seat and off of it. Elena chuckled gently at her colleague, taking her time, making sure to grab his suitcase he'd forgotten. "Here you go, Ramirez," She spoke, handing him his suitcase.
"I am sorry Elena, I hadn't meant to leave it.." He sighed tiredly. "Thank you." Ramirez hid his tiredness well, however, he had not managed to sleep in three days. "So, Hereford Airforce Base?" He looked around at the spitfires in the courtyard, walking in with Elena, as they were escorted by two guards. He eyed his watch. "This.. meeting where we have to see some of our fellow.. team mates is in five minutes.. and we don't even know where to go."
Elena smiled a bit. "We'll figure it out, Ramirez. I'm sure they'll be understanding." She said.
They heard footsteps from behind the, causing Jackal to turn around. A French accent filled the air, along with the coffee that had been served with this mornings breakfast. "Ah! You two must be the new members of Team Rainbow! Codenamesss... Jackal," He pointed at Ramirez. "And You! You must be Mira!"He pointed at Elena.
Elena and Ramirez looked at each other before nodding to the man. "That's correct" Jackal said. He was not used to these codenames.
The French man smiled gently. "The meeting is this way.. Oh and my name is Gustave, however, you can call me Doc." He smiled, and motioned for the two Spaniards to follow him.
