"Skylor, master of amber, versus Jacob, Master of sound. Fight! Fight!" Chen announced, making the two start fighting.

"Master of Sound's gotten stronger since the last time I saw him." Garmadon chuckled, as Kai made his way to his team.

"Excuse me. Excuse me. Uh, don't mean to block your view. Just passing through. Sorry, all of these temples look the same. Did I miss anything?" He asked, sitting down next to Y/n.

"Ugh. But the looks of it, you didn't miss much." Jay points to everyone he upsetted. "Maybe we shouldn't be sitting together. I mean, the more they think we're a team, the bigger targets we put on ourselves."

"Don't say that, we are a team. Sure we just lost Cole and still can't find Zane, but we're a team. Just smaller. All the more reason to stick together." Lloyd replied.

Kai saw the fight going on beneath them, "Skylor's fighting?"

"What has him so excited?" Garmadon asked, confused.

"He had a crush on her until he found out they might be related." Jay snickered, turning back to the fight.

"I told you, I don't like her!" Kai yelled, annoyed and making the watching .

"Maybe he likes you." Morro spoke, making Y/n gasp. "I mean, you're the only other girl he knows. It can't be Nya, that'll be incest."

"He doesn't, he clearly likes Skylor. Do you see the way he looks at her?" She whispered back, trying not to rise any suspicion by the boys.

"Her element isn't fire. She's the Master of Amber, power of absorption. She can emulate the power of anyone she's touched." Garmadon explained, making Kai's eyes lit up.

"You're telling me we're not related?"

"Oh, boy. Here we go again." The blue ninja sighed, just as Skylor was able to grab the jadeblade.

Everyone cheered for her, with Kai being the loudest. "Yes! Go Skylor!"

"Told ya." Y/n stated to Morro.

"Winner! And loser." Chen opened a trapdoor for the master of sound, who fell in. "I hope the tournament of elements has entertained you as much as it has me. To thank you, I wanted to give everyone fancy jewels and untold shiny things." He pulls out a box of jewels. "But then in yesterday's battle, Master Jay and Cole tried to undermine me by teaming up and refusing to fight each other. And that made me very upset. For their insubordination, all of your fancy quarters will be taken away, and tonight everyone must sleep together in the chow house. That is all. Thank you, you can go."

"Nice one, Jay." Kai scowled, as the other elemental masters leave.

"Whoa, easy, Romeo." Jay retorted back, folding his arms.

"Don't worry about them. We aren't here to make friends, just to save ours." Lloyd replied, staying in his seat.

"Yes, but your exclusion of others has only made enemies. Beware how you treat those around you, for they will treat you the same." Garmadon said.

""The best way to defeat an enemy is by making them your friend."" Y/n sighed, "But how are you supposed to defeat a friend?"

It was night by now, with everyone sleeping in the chow house. The ninja wake up.

"Couldn't sleep either?" Jay asked, walking softly to Kai.
