Everyday since he unpacked his new prized possession "Tirion Fordring" Panelli was hooked on playing Hearthstone the most he possibly could. First thing in the morning and last thing at night he had his phone blaring with the tavern's uproarious jingle blasting. The game's soundtrack was like a tail to him, wherever he went it followed. At first he was nothing more than a casual, he would do his daily quests as rapidly as he could and amassed as many packs as he possibly could before being limited by the game's vicious and well deployed schemes. During this phase it didn't impact his daily life in the slightest, it was just a fun way to pass time that would typically be lost to any other recreational activity like reading or meditating. Progressively he felt more and more limited by the game's monetization ploys, they were hampering his performance. During his casual days he only managed to cap around rank 11, barely missing the rank 10 mark by a sliver, this angered Panelli to the point were he decided to drop his first five dollars.

"No me hace mal, nadamas son cinco pesitos. El whopper con papas puede esperar hasta la proxima semana."

Panelli succumbed to the traps Blizzard set out for the weak spirited customers. They set the bait, Panelli bit the hook.

After that one incident it was all history. Panelli would have his checks being mailed to Blizzard rather than to his own name. He didn't need them anymore, if they were sent to his hands they would just be waiting to be deposited into the Battle.net store for more packs to be added to Panelli's bountiful collection. He was scrapping by with just the bare minimum: a roof above his head, enough food to suffice the month and Adidas' clothing to give him warmth during the chilly winter months. Panelli didn't see the changes that stirred his life happen because he was always looking down towards his screen. Panelli's wife had continuous affairs with the other two coaches at Carvin School, Hector Salaman and Uriel Cains. He lost custody of all his children in a court battle he didn't even attend to. Lastly his villa, yacht and luxury sports cars were all revoked by the bank because he had skipped so many payments in such a short period of time. His life was spiraling out of control but he didn't feel a single bit saddened, to him it was like if everything was the same as it had always been. He has Hearthstone and his golden Cairne Bloodhoof had his back too.

The date was April fourth, Panelli had read up on all the news regarding the newest expansion that was about to hit Hearthstone titled "Rise of Shadows" and he couldn't be any more excited. In preparations for the release he had sold off both his television and bed to have enough money to obtain all the newest cards the moment they released. He eagerly covered himself in a thin blanket scattered with holes and prepared himself to get a good night's rest right there and then on the cold floor of what used to be his bedroom. When morning came he forgot his phone at home as he was late for work and only took his faithful Adidas bag. In here he had all Panelli essentials. A kaleidoscope to soothe the nerves after being swept away by three cubelocks in a row, his Adidas clothing just incase he came his pants in excitement of another legendary coming out from a random pack, what used to be a bag of whoppers which were now basically black pucks of an organic substance which could only be compared to the soles of a shoe and his dull red laptop which seemed like it had more beating than the dog in the lobby of his apartment after his opponents top decked lethal when he had lethal himself already on board. The day was set for him. He would abstain from Hearthstone until after his physical education class were he would get his first taste of the newest expansion right there in his classroom thanks to his not so trusty laptop.

During his physical education class he saw two students on their phones and wondered if they were having such a jolly time for the same reason he would after the 45 minute period had passed. Their names were and Ian and Emilio, and you could see just from their facial expressions alone they both had unpacked three Doctor Boom's schemes, seven faceless ragers and five cable rats. One of them seemed extra miserable after he got two Vareesa Windrunners in a row. Talk about bad luck. He asked his closest Hearthstone player in the moment, Yeizineth, what she thought about the new expansion.

"¿Oye Yei, que te sacaste de los paquetes? No puedo esperar llegar al salón y abrir los mios."

He asked with such enthusiasm you could visibly see cum dripping down his shorts.

"Bueeeno mister, me saque a Barista Lynchen pero como ya rotate mi battlecry shaman no puedo hacer el infinite combo con Grumble the Worldshaker y los dopplegangster."

Panelli was visibly confused at the term she used. "Rotate". What could it possibly mean? He thought it was a term used in high ranked competitive play as he was still lingering around ranks 3 and 8 and Yeizineth was a seasonded Legends player every ranked season for the past 15 seasons. He didn't give it much thought and they had a very deep discussion on the state of the meta and what decks would be most relevant after the new expansion had settled.

"¡YA ES HORA! VAMOS A SUBIR AL SALÓN. PONGAN LAS BOLAS EN EL BAÚL DE CAINS."

He shouted off the top of his lungs as to hurry up the students to get them to the next class. The time he had anticipated for so long had finally came. He would have the chance go play with the new set of Hearthstone cards.
