"Wait... What do you mean? What's wrong? How can you not walk? Does it have something to do with the bones inside? What about his future? Will he ever be able to walk again?" Kirishima asked as he immediately walked to Bakugou's side only to be nudged away by the boy.

"The boy may never be able to walk again... But he may go home tonight. His mother requested him to go to the dorms and get used to the atmosphere. The constructors have already added ramps and other things to help aid Bakugou. The boy will be required to stay in a wheelchair and he will have to have someone watching over him. His mother wants you to watch over him with the help of your friends... or your 'Bakusquad' as your mother put it," The doctor said as he pushed up his glasses and tucked his clipboard underneath his arm.

As if they were qued in... A nurse came in with a wheelchair and some finished paperwork. Kirishima had guessed that Bakugou's mother had already filled it out. With a sad smile, the nurse helped Bakugou into his chair and soon rolled him towards Bakugou. As Kirishima waved goodbye and took the two handles of the wheelchair in his hands the doctor cleared his throat.

"Make sure to take care of yourselves... Even if you are injured Katsuki there is still hope for you. Even if you can't walk you can still fight. But if you ever think about giving up just remember... You survived a fall from an amazing height and you also lived through months of being with villains... You're going to be a very powerful and brave hero," The doctor said and when the blond turned around he gave Kirishima a wink as a bit of good luck.

As Kirishima walked out with Bakugou he noticed the nurses looking over at the blond. People who knew the young boy gave him a small smile. Others just gave him a thumbs up or mouthed supporting words. Bakugou just gave a soft smile which was out of view of Kirishima. As soon as Bakugou was outside he let out a sigh of relief and was happy to be outside.

Kirishima noticed that the boy's shoulders relaxed as he took a deep breath. Kirishima couldn't blame him in all honesty. Being cooped up in a small hospital room for a long time would make him go insane as well. Bakugou was lucky that Kirishima was able to come today and was able to pick him up. If not then he would have to wait until other people came and brought him to school.

"Thanks... For picking me up Shitty Hair. I really appreciate it. I would have died if I had to stay n that room for any longer," Bakugou said in a soft whisper as Kirishima pushed him down the sidewalk towards the school that was only a few blocks away.

"No problem blasty! I'm always here when you need me!" The boy said this his signature toothy smile which made Bakugou almost smile back.

Kirishima noticed the boy holding back but he didn't question it. They walked in silence for the rest of the way. Soon they were at the UA dorm room that every student slept in. Kirishima pushed BAkugou up the ramp and soon finally made it to the elevator. They kept moving in silence since everyone had turned in for the day. Kirishima was guessing that Iida had taken the responsibility as the so-called babysitter.

Kirishima let out a happy sigh as Bakugou had a room next to his. He let Bakugou in and helped the blond sit on the bed. He refused to let the redhead help him change and made Kirishima turn around when he was changing. Soon Kirishima was helping Bakugou to bed. But for some reason, the blond kept refusing.

"Bakugou you need to sleep... It's late and you need help. We can figure everything out tomorrow with the others in the common room since it's the weekend. We don't have training tomorrow so it's perfect... What do you say Bakugou?" Kirishima asked and the blond only grunted as a response.

"Do you still think I'm powerful... Even if you know that I may never walk on my own two feet ever again? What if I'll never be a hero? What then Kirishima? I'll never be a hero and surpass my goals. I may never be able to be a hero and save people. I know that my attitude may be atrocious and stuff... But I still care. For you, raccoon eyes, dunce face, round face, and even Deku. I care for all of them and I feel bad for not showing that sooner," Bakugou says as he started hyperventilating and guilt started to wash over the blond almost drowning him.

"I need you to breathe for a second... We all care for you Bakugou. We know you feel guilty and stuff but we forgive you. We'll talk about the rest of this tomorrow morning. But right now I need you to go to bed," Kirishima said as he brushed Bakugou's hair out of his teary eyes.

Bakugou just sighed and pulled Kirishima into a hug as he needed something to ground him. Kirishima didn't know what to do with the boy that was now latched onto his back. But his question was answered as he was yanked down and his face met the cinnamon-scented pillows. Soon he heard soft snoring from behind him and he knew that the blond had fallen asleep as he wanted. He smiled as he turned around in bed and returned the warm and friendly hug.

"I promise I'll protect you... No matter what I'll be you protective wall. No matter what you go through and what happens to you. Even if you change and even if you leave me in the future.I'll protect you... I promise," Kirishima mumbled as he hugged Bakugou tighter and soon both boys were asleep.
