A/N: Sorry for the late update! As you guys know, my sister's story: Percy Jackson: Six years later, is ending! T_T I can't believe that it's ending so fast! And a new character was just added recently. Mannn, how I wish she would continue! And OMG! Taylor Swift's new album (RED) is out! :D

Okay, so I have absolutely NO CLUE about New York. I'm obviously not from America! I don't even know where Percy lives. Man am I a horrible PJ fan... Sorry for such a horrible chapter, I really didn't know what to write.

Here's a chapter to all those ANT Farm fans, If you've not watched SignificANT other, you should. It was gooooood. 

(edited on 14 feb 2015) : if you want good writing (plot honestly doesn't matter in this book because they're more like one-shots), skip to the chapter title called "Trying His Best" from that onwards, it should be relatively good writing.

CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Piper POV

Secretly, Piper was glad Percy wanted time alone with his girlfriend. Now, Piper had a day all to herself with Jason Grace - her boyfriend. At least... She hoped.

"Let's go, Pipes," Jason said as he dragged Piper away from Percy's apartment block.

Piper's heart did a gymnastic routine, as she was pulled by Jason. She forgot all about the recent quest, Camp Jupiter, Reyna, and all her other problems. Just being with Jason had that effect on her. It wasn't bad, it was just... As Aphrodite would call it, love.

"So what are we going to do now?" Piper asked as they stepped into a nearby mall. 

"Anything that you want to do. I just wanted to spend some time with my girlfriend - hopefully alone." Jason pointed out.

Piper smiled at the thought. The Aphrodite side of her squealed and said: Oh my gods! He just called me his girlfriend! But the reasonable part of her said: What about Leo? 

Piper knew that it was horrible of Jason and her to leave Leo just like that. He'd be the "seventh wheel" as he called it, but she just needed an hour to be alone with Jason, and maybe they'd find Leo somewhere. 

"I was thinking we could grab a lunch, and we could find Leo to go with us to ice skate," Jason said as he walked with her towards a restaurant. 

"Leo would love that... Snow reminds him of Khione, that hot snow goddess!" Piper giggled.

Oh, the irony. Khione was cold, but Leo found her hot. That's just Valdez for you.

"And, we could spend time with our best friend. He's your best friend, right?" Jason asked.

"More like annoying little brother that I never had, but sure... Why not?" Piper replied.

Leo was annoying, childish, and weird. But deep down in Piper's heart, past the annoying-ness and teasing from Leo, Leo was Piper's 'brother'.

"All right. Let's go eat some food, I'm starving!" Jason said as he pushed open the doors of the restaurant.

"You go in first, I'll be back." Piper replied, hoping that Jason would not follow her.

She saw Jason shrug, before taking a seat in the restaurant. Meanwhile, Piper went to Ben and Jerries to buy him a small icecream cake. You see, Jason was born on the 1st of July. During that point of time, it was the war and they didn't really celebrate his birthday like a normal couple would. To make up for it, Piper bought Jason's favourtie cookie dough icecream cake, and rushed back to the restaurant Jason had brought her to.

"Hey Pipes," Jason said as he looked up from his drink.

"I've got a surprise for you, but first, let's have some lunch!" Piper told Jason as she took a menu, and started flipping through the pages.

Jason and Piper were in iHOW (Internetional House of Whatever). Today's special were balls. Foot balls. Yoga balls. You name it, they've got it. They sat on yoga balls beside each other, hoping that they wouldn't fall off the yoga ball. Jason ordered meatballs, while Piper ordered cheese balls. Yes, she was a vegetarian.

"Not so fancy to bring me to this place to eat, isn' it?" Piper asked.

"Well, it's okay... Right? At least better than Gaia and the monsters," Jason replied.

That was true. Although her mother would not approve this place as a date, as long as Piper could spend quality time with Jason, it was good enough.

"Happy belated birthday, Jason." Piper said as she took out the cookie dough icecream cake.

"Thanks so much Pipes! I love cookie dough!" Jason said as he drooled on to the cake.

"Hey! I'm eating half! Least you could do was not to drool all over!" Piper pushed Jason lightly.

However, that light pushed ended up being a moment to remember. Yes, they both fell off their yoga balls. 

A waitress saw them both off their yoga balls, and shouted, "Customer down!"

Immediately, two waiters came up and helped Piper and Jason up. The two soon cracked up, enjoying the funny moment shared between them. It would be their inside joke now...
