"I DIDN'T ALLOW YOU TO MATERIALIZE," The female voice identified herself, revealing Y/n. Haneul turned to her, blinking briefly before releasing our fists from his grasp. He flicked her forehead, making her whine quietly. "You don't have to, babo." Haneul replied before turning his gaze to me, almost seeming curious for a moment.

The curiosity was soon ruined when Allura came to the scene with Jasmine. The latter immediately tended to her brother, dragging and scolding him along the way. Shiro has showed up too, yelling and dispersing the crowd accordingly. He stared at me briefly, but quickly looked away. It was as if he wanted to say something, but didn't know how.

Allura placed her hands on mine, a blue glow emitting as she healed them. This was just part of the process of my arrival to the principal's office. "U-Um, I apologize on Haneul's behalf!" Y/n said, embarrassed as she quickly bowed. Haneul stood behind her, ruffling his hair up with one hand. "Ah, what are you saying, babo?! I don't feel the slightest bit sorry."

Allura turned to him, blinking. "I'm sorry, who are you?" Haneul seemed disinterested to respond at first, letting his eyes dance elsewhere until Y/n stepped on his feet as to which he let out a little "Aish, woman!" He looked at Allura, "Haneul, Y/n's happiness sprite. I tend to materialize whenever since my power is much more than Y/n can control."

He spoke, almost in a smug manner. I looked up, glaring. "And since when did you think it was your right to get involved in a fight that isn't yours to begin with?" Haneul returned the glare. For a happiness sprite, he wasn't very happy. "Since you put Y/n in danger. People like you are hardly my priority, unless Y/n makes them out to be," He explained, looking over to the silent girl.

"You are considered valuable to your friends. Y/n is friends with your friends. See what I mean? She only initiated to save you because you matter to people that matter to her. However, she didn't know how to intercept the fight. I couldn't stand seeing this helpless babo, so I got tired of waiting and stepped in." He elaborated, arms crossed as his bandages raveled around his arms tightly.

Y/n looked towards him, "Mhm, and I'm sending you back now too." With a swish of her hand, Haneul was gone with a cloudy mist of red. She sighed, looking over at me apologetically. "He's just annoyed; I promise he means the best." I averted my eyes, letting out a disgruntled noise of some sort. I stood up, brushing off Allura's hand that still healed me.

My ears turned tan, flicking one last time as the purple fur disappeared. I shrugged, "Both of you don't matter to me anyways." I said blandly, stalking off as I wiped my cheek consistently, blood pouring out of it. All I could do now was wait to be called to the Alfor's office. Y/n caught up to me, glancing over.

"You're not okay. Allura couldn't even heal all of you; you should go to the infirmary." She said quietly.

I turned to her, "Why are you so persistent to do so? Just leave me alone." I spoke coldly, eyes narrowing. She sighed softly as ribbons wrapped around her arm and formed a bandage similar to Haneul's. Ripping off a piece, it disappeared as quickly as it came. She reached over, placing it on my cheek and patting it. "Just promise to get it checked out later."

The girl said again, nearly inaudible before she skipped off, catching up with her other friends. Well, my other friends. I hated the subconscious warmth that flooded my cheeks as I continued to stroll down the hallway, suddenly compelled to go to the nurse's office. Scowling and biting the inside of my cheek, I attempted to rip off her bandage.

Instead, my action hurt like a bitch.

"Ow, fuck!" Students shot me looks, bewildered at my outburst. I merely glared back at them, my sclera starting to turn gold. They quickly looked away as I returned to normal, still attempting to pick at the bandage and peel it off. My feet stopped in front of the shoji doors of the nurse's office, pushing the door to the right.

As it slid back, the nurse—Allura's mother—turned around with a warm smile on her face. "I heard the commotion down the hall. I wouldn't be surprised if my husband calls you to the office soon." She laughed softly before welcoming me in. Melenor was always very sweet and kind to me, seeing past the whole 'troublemaker' exterior.

As I took a seat on the bed, Melenor approached me. Her expression which was kind at first turned into a quizzical one as she poked my bandaged cheek. "What's this? Allura certainly doesn't have these abilities, so who does?" I flinched as she did so, still feeling the remnants of the searing pain I got after attempting to rip it from my skin.

I shrugged, a displeased look on my face. "The new chick," I said blandly as Melenor grew more amused from my disinterest towards her. A small smile danced across her lips as she hummed, touching it once more. As if studying the stupid bandage for a bit more, she glanced at me. "I'm afraid I can't take it off. It won't fall off until the wound's fully healed."

Pure shock morphed my features. That little— "So, seeing that it might be a scratch or bruise at the most and it seems to be a fast healing substance, I'd give it about two days at most." She jotted down on a note, knowing that I wouldn't remember any of what she was saying now. I looked at her blankly.

"If I cut off the skin that it's on, would it fall off?"

Her bell-like laugh resounded as she shook her head at my 'fake' antics. I was completely serious, but I don't think she noticed that. Melenor smiled at me again, her blue eyes twinkling. "I think it's sweet that she did that for you, Keith."
