"KEITH!" I heard her giggle, warmth snaking around my neck as her arms made their way over my shoulders. Her hands rested against my chest as I caught her instinctively, gripping underneath her thighs with my hands. "You scared me for a moment," I admitted, chuckling softly as she pecked my cheek, a large smile on her face.

Her snow covered hair brushed against the side of my face, making my ears tingle at the chill as her warm breath fanned on the back of my neck. "It's so pretty outside today! The snow is so nice!" Y/n's voice held a childish wonder to it as she turned her head frantically, my feet slowly making their way down the cobblestone path that held small Christmas themed shops.

She hummed, filling in the silence that I didn't speak for. "That has such cute teddy bears, aw!" Y/n squeaked as I looked down at her gloved hands instead, barely sparing a glance at the warmly lit shop. The red cloth that wove over her right fourth finger had a slight ripple in it, going over the engagement ring that I'd given to her just four months ago.

"Really? You want one?" I answered subconsciously, some people walking by and smiling at us as I moved closer to the shop, just inches away to the point where her nose could touch the glass. She stared at them some more before pulling away and shaking her head. "No. I have plenty that you've bought me already."

My fiancée sighed blissfully, dropping her head into the crook of my neck as I continued walking, occasionally adjusting my grip on her. Her hair tickled my neck, but I wasn't going to complain. The body heat that flowed between us felt like a mobile heater, so it was better than nothing. She took in a breath before speaking.

"Keith?"

"Hm?"

"Let's get married."

I froze for a moment before starting to walk again, "I mean, that's what the ring is for—"

"—I meant now. I-I want to get married."

"Here?"

"Yeah, here."

I paused for a moment; I could practically feel her anxiety think the worst. "Okay, let's get married," I set her down as her feet hit the ground, making me instantly turn around and look at her. Her face was pink and a pretty smile was on her face, "Wait, really?" I nodded with a tiny grin, "Yeah, really."

"Fly me," She held out grabby hands as I laughed lightly, scooping her up as the familiar warmth ripped through my back. Large pink wings took a flame like form as I flew us towards the courthouse that was only a few yards away, landing swiftly at the entrance. I grabbed her in and led her inside, feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety filling my stomach.

Soon enough, we were in front of a wedding officiate. Our hands gripped each others and I looked at her with such a giddy, love struck smile. For sure, if Lance was here, he'd tell me I looked like an idiot, but I didn't care. The wedding officiate turned towards me, glancing at his book and back at us.

"Do you Keith Kogane, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live? If so, answer 'I do'."

"I do."

"Do you Y/n L/n, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live? If so, answer 'I do'."

I could feel her beaming back at me as she responded.

"I DO."
