Only in MagicSkill- you can now train up to level 6 to learn a new spell! Since these spells are so powerful, once you reach level 5 it will be harder to train- every time you train you gain 0.01 of a skill point. Since it would be impossible to train yourself, Silvermoon, Sparkheart, Spiritflame, and Harmonyfall will be automatically set to level 6
