+Tris'POV+
After my sobs I look up to see a elder women, she hands me my shirt. "Thank you." I say. This women has brown hair with grey streaks, she has some wrinkles, she oddly looks like my Mom. She looks at me "God you look exactly like your mother." She says "Um, thanks.". The women takes out her phone, and its not the IPhone or samsung, it is a flip phone. She dials some numbers.
"Hi, I have Beatrice here." She says. How does she know my name?.
For some reason she passes me the phone "Hello?" I say more of a question. "Sweetie you are safe... The women you're talking to she is your Grandma, her name is Edith." She informs me. "She is a cop." My mom says. "I will see you when you get home okay?" She finishes that hangs up."So your my Grandma?" I ask. "Yes now come on lets take you home." She says "What about Toby?". "He can come." She comes close to my ear "He is going to go to an orphanage." She tells me. He can't go "He...i-is?" My words flow out shaky
She nods. We start heading out the door Toby stands there motionless. I motion my hand to follow. He does.
*Hours Later* *Tris' POV*
Toby had packed and he is going to leave to the orphanage in Arizona. Yes that was the only place they could go.
"Hey." Toby comes from behind me. Tears had stained my face. "What about our friends?" I ask. He gives me a simple "I don't know.". "Tobias the plane is going to leave soon!" A women named Andrea is taking him. "Wait, what bout your brother?" I ask "I don't don't...oo what if I ask to stay in the house with my brother?!" He says "Great idea!!" He stands there stiff. "Go!" I say "Oh yeah okay lets go!" We run out my room and down stairs to Andrea(On•dre•a).
"Ready to go?" Andrea asks "Yes but, I need to ask you something." Toby starts "Can I stay with my brother?" He asks
Andrea has a thinking face on then she says this "Sorry Tobias but your brother is not old enough, in fact he is going to the same orphanage you are going to." She tells him. I run upstairs to my room and cry into a pillow. Toby comes up minutes later. "I guess this is it, bye." He says.

"Bye Toby." I say. He is about to walk out the door when I stop him "Toby wait." I say get up and walk towards him. I put my hands on his cheeks and I kiss him.
I smile, this feeling, god I'm going to miss him. "Since your going away I think we should break up." I say "Yeah okay, bye." He says and he leaves.
