Chapter 7

*Kaylas POV*

I woke up to the sound of water running. I peek one of my eyes open to see Lily in my bathroom filling up a bucket with water. I guess this is her plan to get me back. I decided to take it on and continued to lay in bed.

"This is gonna be good" I heard someone whisper..... It's not Lily.

"Get it on video Matt" I heard Lily whisper. I guess Matt was the other 'voice'

I heard them tip toeing around my phone but stopped as they made the floorboards creek.

I got up out of bed and pretend I didn't see them behind me. As I heard Lily counting 1...2...3 I bent down to fake picking up something on the floor and the water missed me.

I stood up straight and stood still, still not looking at them or facing them. I heard their footsteps walkin close to the door of my bedroom.

"Where do you think you two are going?" I ask and turn around.

"How did you even know we were here?" Matt asked.

"I woke up cuz of the Aqua running stoopid" I joked,"now help me clean the water up" I continued.

"You are on your own on that, bye kitty." Lily jokes. She always calls me that to get me mad, since I was stupid and forgot I had kitty whiskers and nose painted on my face in the last day of school in 5th grade. So the nick name just stuck.

Lily lefted the room and it was only Matt and I. "Are to you gonna help me or nah?" I asked Matt.

"NAHH!!" He joked as he lefted my room and closed the door behind him.

I roll my eyes and lock the door.

I look at the water and focus

I lift all the water thrown into a ball

I think.....where in the hell do I put this????!!!! I decide to play around with it.

I haven't really tried to do freezing with my power yet. Why not try now.

I close my eyes,

I focus,

Think cold,

Icy,

Thoughts,

I open my eyes to see a frozen sphere in the spot where the water used to be. Wow. It's still in the air and what do I do with a big ball of ice??

I close my fist slowly,

To see the icy ball is melting,

Yet it's evaporating Into thin air,

once I'm done I unlock my door and get started for the day. I take a shower and get dressed. My outfit includes:

-black high waisted shorts
-white musle tee
-black bandeau
-my worn out black vans with my beanie

I go downstairs to see its 11:29 am. Surprisingly about a little more than half the guys were downstairs in the living room playing Call of Duty. Wow I guess this is how the day is starting.
