Clary's P.O.V

I was reading in the library when Isabelle came running and before I could even process what was happening, she took away my book.

"Hey, I was reading that!" I tell her.

"Well now you're coming with me." she simply said.

"Because ......?"

"Because there is a new store so I need someone to come with me." She said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Okay but only because I know you would make me go either way." She smiled at me because it was true.

Isabelle and I where walking to her bedroom, but when we pass Jace bedroom we started to hear voices.

"Did you hear that?" Izzy ask me.

I nodded my head and we start to get closer to the door, when we hear a girl moan "Oh Jace, you're so good, please don't stop."

I didn't think it twice before I open the door and saw my worst nightmare become true.

Jace was on top of a girl and they were having sex. When Jace heard the door open he stop.

"Oh my god, get out!" The girl said and start to cover herself.

I was on shock, I couldn't process the fact that Jace just cheated on me.

So I a just got closer to him an say "How could you?" My eyes were watering and tears wanted to roll down my face but I stay strong and didn't let them. Then I slap him in the face and run down the hall as I heard Jace calling my name but I never look back.

When I reach my bedroom I let the tears come down. "Clary open the door" and I recognize the voice as Isabelle. I open the door and fall into her arms and start to cry.

She closes the door and says " I know he's an idiot, Everything is going to be fine I promise."

"I can't stay here, I need to get away from him." I tell her. I can't possibly imagine how awkward and painful it would be if a stay and had to deal with the fact that Jace cheated on me.

"Are you sure you want to do this clary?" She asked me.

"Yes, I can't stand being in the same room as that bastard." I say.

"Okay but if you're going to leave there's something I need to ask you first, I know that we don't know each other that much but you are the closed friend I have and I care about you more than i thought I would. Clary would you be my parabatai?" She ask with an unsure look in her eyes.

I really wasn't expecting that but I was more than happy because Isabelle was my best girl friend. "Yes, I would love to be your parabatai." I said as I start to cry again but this time was because I was happy that even if I leave I know that I would never forget the ones that love me back.

She was crying to but we put the parabatai runes and hug each other.Izzy help me pack my things.

I had pack all my things and was ready to leave but before Izzy could see I leave a letter to Jace, because he needs to know we are over.

"So... this is the goodbye." I tell her in a sad voice. I knew that I was going to miss Isabelle, Alec, Magnus, Simon, Luke and my mother but I had to get away from him, maybe until the pain goes away.

"I going to miss you Clary, don't forget about us promise?" Izzy ask.

"I would never forget about all of you, and I promise to stay in touch, goodbye." With that I draw the portal and step in.

A/N

So this is my second fanfic and I really hope you like it. The chapters will be this long so it will take me a long time update.
