He smirks as he leans in closer to me, "No, I am far more than a bodyguard. Like I said I am your Protector."

"Kill Him!!" Daccio shouts at his men as he leaves the room.
A smirk appears in my face as I crack my knuckles ready for the party to begin.
"So who of all of you wants to die first?" I say.
They all start shooting in my direction but no bullet can kill me after all I am immortal.
What they don't know is that I, Alezandros Cavill am a god.
Moving in front of them I see that they are shock and some of them have fear written all over their faces as I block a punch from one of them and knock him against the wall.
Another one comes from the back of me and shots me making me turn to face him as I get a hold of him I crack his neck with my bare hands.
Looking at the rest I know this is a piece of cake.
Next Morning
Waking up today and standing up with pain on my body I remember last night.
After an eventful night I came home at 2 am so I decided to take a shower and went straight to bed.
You may be asking yourself why do I feel pain if I am a god, well the simple answer is since I am a protector who hasn't made love with his destined one slowly I am becoming mortal every 100 years.
After changing I ate some breakfast and headed out to find any information on Damiano and of course my beautiful Cartia.
Cartia
It's been a week since the incident and dad is feeling better, our family and friends have come to see us, mainly to wish dad well.
"Please come with me Cartia, my dad wants me to marry so he demands that I go to the party to meet his friend's daughter" Matt says desperate.
As I am on my phone talking to Matthew about a party that he wants me to go with him the doorbell rings.
"Matt I will talk to you later someone is at the door and yes I will think about it okay. Bye love you!!"
Hanging up I scream, "I got it".
Walking to the glass doors I trip with the carpet and scream waiting for the impact but it never comes.
Two strong arms are warp around me as I look up.
"Thank you" I say as I detach myself from the stranger that just come inside my house.
Maybe he sees my face of confusion because he speaks, "I saw when you where about to trip so I didn't waste time on coming inside to help".
I was about to respond when my dad comes from out of nowhere and says, "Duccio, Welcome!!"
